Here are my new blood results:

what do you guys think:

Prolactin-17.7 (2.5-17.0)
Cortisol-21.4 (4.0-22.0)
Estradiol-<20 (<57)
FSH-2.1 (0.7-11.1)
LH-3.5 (0.8-7.6)
TSH-3.65 (.45-4.50)
Total Testosterone-373 (189-1111)
% of Free Testosterone-2.29 (1.1-2.8)
Test, Free-85.5 (40.0-150.

Well I'm not a doctor...BUt although your total test is pretty low, your free Test is pretty decent. What's interesting is your cortisol is very high normal - almost out of range. I've found that DHEA really reduces stress levels. This is probably due to its anti-cortisol effects. Do you have bloodwork for DHEA? I'm currently on 50mg a day and I really feel it helps with well-being and stress reduction.

Here are my previous blood results:
FSH 2.0 (0.7-11.1)
LH 2.3 (0.8-7.6)
Prolactin 10.6 (2.5-17.0)
cortisol 14.0 (4.0-22.0)
IGF 263 (114-492)
TSH w/reflux to T4 2.79 (0.45-4.50)
Total Testosterone 485 (260-1000)
Free Testosterone 2.38 (1.0-2.7)
Tesosterone, Free 115.2 (50-210)

Tesosterone dropped, cortisol increased, Prolactin increased.

My new results were taken on an empty stomach at 8am. I then returned at 4pm and took more blood.

The pm results are very interesting as well. The cortisol was 2.0 (4.0-22.0)

After getting the results. My doc. ordered an MRI and referred me to an endo for more detailed blood and urine test.

You might want to get a thyroid panel done. Both of your TSH values were within the normal range, and a mainstream endo would say they were fine. Many Docs who are on the cutting edge of HRT would find even your first TSH a little high, meaning that you could be subclinically hypothyroid. There's a lot of overlap between symptoms of low T and subclinical hypothyroidism.

PRL is not high. Eating or having sex can elevate it to 30.

You went to different labs for your tests. That is not recommended.

Few doctors do this, but you shoul dnot eat or have sex for a couple of hours befoe having a PRL assay.

My latest lab results. Any comments

Prolactin was not recorded. My Endo said that my Nasonex (nasal spray) would cause a my testosterone levels to drop. She said that a cortisteroid being sprayed so close to the pitutary gland would alter my levels.

any thoughts on my numbers and the Endo's words.

thanks,
J

Never heard of the spray doing that. SWALE, ever heard of this? I only ask because at one point a doc put me on some and I said "WHOA!! I just started TRT...is this thing gonna mess with it?" and I was told it had no effect whatsoever on that.

I did a quick and dirty medline search. Got a fair amount of hits discussing the effect of intranasal steroids on the pituitary-hypothalamic-adrenal axis. The consensus appears to be that suppressive effects are minimal to none. Nothing at all about the HPTA. I hope Swale weighs in on this - its a provocative question.
