Hi guys,
Just an update on my progress now 2 months after finishing my course and finishingof my PCT.
So basically I ran a course of Test E 400mg per week for 10 weeks. During the cycle I saw noticeable size gains and also very impressive strength gains as I mentioned on my other posts if you want to read through them.
Since finishing the course and my PCT, my strength on deadlifts and squats did go down by about 15kg each, but I did actually gain more than that on the cycle. I didn’t notice any strength loss on anything else.
Size gains wise, I lost a little from my shoulders, but that’s all.
I gained 20lbs on cycle and kept 11lbs of it also.
All in all I am very happy with the cycle.
