My ridiculous cutting stack :)

Just my 2 cents on your thread. Check this out. I'm a competitor. I think next time before you decide to run a stack you should evaluate a few things. Your diet should be in check first and foremost. To get stupid shredded you will certainly need to alter your diet around every 2 weeks to keep loosing body fat. Secondly thats way to many compounds to be running at one time. You stack should be more like this if you cut for say 16 weeks.

Week 16- 750mg Test E, 400mg EQ, Proviron 50mg
Week 15- 750mg Test E, 400mg EQ, Proviron 50mg
Week 14- 750mg Test E, 400mg EQ, Proviron 50mg, GHRP2 & CJC (no dac) 3 Times Daily (Once 30 min before you eat, Post training (when your blood sugar is lowest), Before Bed)
Week 13- 750mg Test E, 400mg EQ, Proviron 50mg, GHRP2 & CJC (no dac)
Week 12- 750mg Test E, 400mg EQ, Proviron 50mg, GHRP2 & CJC (no dac), 300mg Tren Ace
Week 11- 750mg Test E, 400mg EQ, Proviron 50mg, GHRP2 & CJC (no dac), 300mg Tren Ace
Week 10- 750mg Test E, 400mg EQ, Proviron 50mg, GHRP2 & CJC (no dac), 300mg Tren Ace

By the way instead of wasting your money buying rips (which is cheap ass generic growth) buy the peptides GHRP2 & CJC (no dac) and take them 3 times daily. Its the equivalent to 5iu of generic growth at about 500% less of the cost of generic growth. Also Cardio should be added in at Week 14 at 4 times a week for 30 minutes on Stairmill. By Week 8 you should be doing fasted cardio for 45 minutes in the morning and 30 minutes post workout for the duration of the cycle for the ultimate shred. By the way using masteron is basically pointless unless your around 7-8 percent body fat you will see zero effect from that compound. If you want to see pictures of me just let me know. ;)

While I don't doubt that you are a competitor, to tell someone that you don't know how it should be is pointless. You do you and I will do me. I'm not sure how old you are but I have done bodybuilding shows (2 [:o)][:o)])and powerlifting events since half the guys on this board were in gradeschool. The myth that mast is worthless at over 7 percent bodyfat is stupid. Am I getting it's full benefit, probably not but It is an amazing compound even so. I made my cycle myself from homebrew so I have enough to run it year round if I choose so I didn't worry about saving it till the end. It will be run throughout. My diet is on point and I have made tweeks throughout this first half.
 
Dude you can lose 16 pounds of fat with zero drugs in about 25 days if your diet and cardio is on point. The drug use does nothing great unless your diet and training is on point. My advice is unless your a competitor or a fitness model there is absolutely no reason you should be using drugs to try to look good on the beach for the summer or something. Just diet hard, train hard, and have your cardio on point. The results will come and you can use minimal drugs if you so choose to go down that road.

While what you say here is of some value to the right crowd. I have told many guys at work the same thing. THIS is clearly not the right crowd here on meso...a drug forum. We have made our lifestyle choice already man. By the way, I have felt and looked my best at 8 % or so. You can keep the pre contest cut. I hated it and looked terrible for both my shows. I was much, much, bigger back then but you cant overcome terrible bone structure and I have the hips of a brood mare![:o)][:o)][:o)]
 
So in other news, shitty shitty news, I blew my ankle at work. I thought it was a stress fracture but i have torn a ligament. It is a partial tear but none the less, I will be on crutches for a while. I will continue my cycle as planned but my legs were just starting to come around. :( Fuck guys, this cycle has been rough. All kinds of shit goin wrong. Oh well, I will keep grinding. Thank god for a good training partner. He will be loading all my plates and handing me all my dumbbells. I better buy him a beer. :)
 
lemme do a little quick math here:

so you've been cutting for 8 weeks give or take, correct?

starting weight: 256. current weight: 240.

if i recall correctly you're eating ~2500 calories per day which, given your weight im going to guess puts you in about 1000/cal deficit per day or so (probably larger than this on the days you lift). is this close? that gets us to about 7000cal per week = 2lbs/week fat loss (give/take)

8 weeks (total length cut) * 2 lbs/week = 16 lbs fat loss.

starting weight 256 - 240 = 16. my point being: how can we determine if your fat loss is from the stack you're running or simply the result of the caloric deficit you're in combined with strength training to maintain your muscle mass?

is the cutting stack really necessary (given your starting body fat %)? food for thought..

You calling me fat tendency?! [:o)][:o)][:o)] I dropped down to 230-232 before I started adding calories and dropped the t-3/ clen. I was flat and tired all the time although still getting stronger. I switched from a cut to a recomp. I wrestled for years and years so I know how how to peel the weight off in a hurry if I have to but physique wise it wrecks me. Hope this explains somewhat. By the way, all but my bottom abs are visable now and my weight is holding in the low 240's so I am pretty pleased. I still have 8 to 12 weeks left depending on how long I wanna run it. I am most likely going to cruise instead of pct after this cycle so I may really drag it out if the results keep comming.

Good news is no tendon tear! Still sore and bruised though. I trained legs again for the first time since the other day. I was looking to avoid the big weights I normaly use and decide to do bodyweight squats on a stability ball. I'll be damned if it didn't make me sore in all kinds of weird places.
 
002.JPG I have been MIA for quite some time. For one, I have been traveling nonstop for work and we have had to switch from nites to days as the traffic dictates. On top of all that, while working in OKC, I was having terrible stomach problems. I ended up in the ER and had to take an ambulance ride home. ( 5 hrs )! I had a twisted bowel and narrowly avoided surgery. Man, this year has been shitty health wise and this cycle has had the odds stacked against it. Anyway, i made some good physique changes and I am regrouping for a fall/winter cycle. These pics are after I got out of the hospital and was on protein shakes only for a week. :( I think I was at like 225 here, the lightest I have been in ten years.001.JPG To anyone still lookin at this shit....party on and God speed!
