So I’ve been lurking around Meso for some time; finding valuable research, learning from the community, and optimizing my results based info I found here. I thought this would be a good time to start giving back so here it goes.
About a eight months ago I made the decision to blast and cruise. I’ve tried cycles before this but honestly believe the hormone withdrawal from pct does more damage to your body than coming back down to a trt cruise. Fuck I mean, if you want to get huge I’m talking 235+ 8% we all know there is some risk involved.
I just finished up 9 weeks of sust (610mg/wk) and (420mg/wk) for a lean bulk and I guess now officially going into my winter bulk but never letting bf go over 12-13%.
My winter bulk (6 months of research, planning, and saving have went into this)
Gear: test, Tren hex ppl
Hgh: meditrope dosed at 15 iu/vial reconstituted with 1.3 ml bac water starting at 5-6 iu working up to 8 iu day 7 days a week.
Insulin: Humalin r (trying to maximize the peak times of gh and insulin for igf but I guess I could do the same with humalog just wait 30 min after gh shot and shoot subq)
I’m new to insulin so I will be starting at 3 iu post workout and slowly working my way up. I still need some advice on the best hgh/slin protocol for mass not exactly fat burning bc I’m starting pretty lean. I will have a glucose meter on hand as well as emergency carbs at all times. I will also cycle the insulin 6 wks on 2 off or whenever I feel I am becoming insulin resistant and go keto for a minute. I know that within the half life of the insulin minimal fats are to be consumed so that is being taken into account. My insulin use is catered around my diet not vice versa. More of a carb guy than a fat guy so that works out well I guess. I still have healthy fats but Just what I need nothing more.
Month 1:
400 mg test wk, 100 mg Tren eod, 3 iu gh 2 iu humalin r breakfast, 3 iu gh 2iu humalin r post workout.
Month 2:
400 mg test wk, 100-150 mg Tren eod (tapering up), 4-5 iu gh 10 iu humalin r breakfast, 4-5 iu gh 10 iu humalin r (or humalog 30 mins after gh inject) post workout.
Month 3: the same besides Tren being switched out with EQ at 750 mg wk.
I will be keeping a log on this cycle that includes my diet, training, side effects and gains. I don’t really get much side effects besides a little acne if my estro gets too high which I’m now on top of with bloods.
Feel free to share your thoughts, information, experiences, opinions, and or gains made through this type of cycle. I am seeking advice on the best hgh/slin protocol for mass including the type of insulin fast or slow. I’ve done months of research on insulin and feel confident enough to know what I’m doing just want to make the most out of the gh because the shit isn’t cheap! Thanks guys!
