agreed with you and dennis, think im selling myself short not eating proper on weekends, its cos i wakeup late on weekends.

think ill make one of my BIG shakes before bed
2 tspoon peanut butter
1 scoop whey protein
1 banana
1 cup of oats
6-8 eggs

this is my usual breakfast first thing soon as i get up

looks like ill have to start setting my alarm early weekends, especially being on a cycle.
i should know better really.

Remember, you are what you eat so don't overdo it with carbs and fats before bedtime. 30 grams of casein with some healthy monosaturated fats would be a good idea. Think about eating raw almonds. 400 grams of them provides with approximately 2.500 good kcal and lots of healthy fats. It's a good choise and you don't have to eat a ton of carbs to get the kcal you need.

This means less water and less overal sides plus eating year round many carbs isn't really healthy.

PS: I didn't meant to say, eat 400gr of almonds before bedtime, what i meant to say was to spead them through out the day. =)

Noooo! Carbs are essential post-workout! The best thing you can do is to have a whey or isolate protein shake (providing 25gr of protein) and a Powerade which gives around 45gr of high GI carbs that restore ATP. The primary source of muscle energy. Also avoid coffe and dairy products pre-workout as they fuck up your insulin sensitivity.

I don't really see any reason to cut t-bol. Go for 6-8 weeks and get everything it can give you. You're shutdown anyway so why not do it right? ;)

You should make a PB&J sammich before bed, have a cold glass of milk in the fridge.. Wake up when you piss on Sat/Sun.. eat your sammich, slam your milk, and back into bed.. SLEEP = GROWTH.. Your body is repairing when you sleep, when you're busting your ass every day you can be certain your body is working harder while you sleep.

EDIT: I would never have that for a pre-breakfast snack..because I'm dieting. You can afford it, and the xtra cals will only help you.. I'm jealous frankly.

i know, im definetely shutdown now, ive upped to 60mg a week ago, ah well, its not that bad really, ive put even more pounds on now so im making progress and good progress on this stuff so ill go on, besides im only gonna waste the OT i got left so fuckit, you live and learn.

one things happening when i wakeup in the morning, same as you, my stomachs on friggin fire with hunger big time.

something you above, thats what im thinking, waking up very early weekends, shovin that big breakfast down me and then back to bed. that means ill have around 800cals soaking up in my belly whilst im sleeping again.

fuckit, ill fininsh the OT im shutdown know so might aswell make the most of it, i dunno why im thinking of stoping, my heads a bit screwed right now, if om making good progress then why do i wanna stop early? hell knows dude. and i know theres nothing worse than coming off a cycle early.

you might be jellous cos i can get away with eating that for breakfast, but not as jellous as i am knowing the fact you could eat 20x more than i can :D

not that many so far, i get hot sometimes and blood rushes to my face and head mostly about 30min after ive took them, my sex drive is up a lot and i wakeup in the morning with a burning in my stomach im that hungry, the same one you get when you aint eaten for a whole day, ive got a few spots on my upper back spread but there not big ones, not something you can even call acne.

thats about it i think, gonna fininsh the whole cycle now, start as i mean to go on.

Sounds like hypoglycemia, watch that carefully. It is not unknown for AAS to exacerbate hypoglycemia.

Is that because of everything the body is doing, working over time to accommodate the growth or more of an underlying issue?

Do people get anemic on AAS?

:Dwell i must be working extra hard, thats what it must be, its perfectly fine and goes away by having a meal and if thats what cures it, trust me, i have no problem in eating more to make it go away:)

it was anadrol 50 bro they use to treat anemia, or least thats the most used popuar one they prescribe to anemics
 
Hey bro, make sure to NEVER miss a meal, not just cause you get light headed or anything, but cause you cant afford to in your quest for size. Also, if you cant get any more protein than you are eating, then bump the carbs up. Try to get around 400-450 grams of carbs every day. The most calorie dense carb is pasta. 4oz of pasta has the same amount of carbs as 8 oz or rice and 10 oz or oatmeal. Also, if you can get the enriched pasta, it has an extra 10grams of protein per serving. And like Rein said, dont let your diet slip on the weekends. If you are eating poorly on the weekends, just add that on top to what you NEED to eat. WIth your body type, fat gain will not be an issue so dont EVER worry about overeating because you will only grow muscle no matter how much you put away.

I very very rarely ever miss one, just yesterday when I got tied up with something, I know its vital, but I have to get realistic on my weekends, im not going to pull this off eating poorly at weekends anymore, this is probably why my weight has stalled for the last 2 weeks or slowed down.

I manage to get at least 300 carbs and at least 250g protein and at least 3500k without fail 5 days a week. I makeup in the night and stuff myself when I aint managed to hit my goal in the day to makeup for any nutrition loss.

Its this big stomach thing big bench ive got thats holding me back, Im paranoid about it that its getting bigger when I look in the mirror, if I eat more fat etc, I just keep thinking its gonna get even bigger, its a shame really cos Ive looked at my daily diet and I know for a fact I could eat even 5000k a day if I werent worried about my belly getting bigger, I think its just all in my head though, think its just bloat like you said before cos when I tense my stomach and abs, theres hardly anything there to pinch hold of.

I know your right though about my body type will gain muscle whatever I eat, I ate mega mega dirty on a bulk last summer and I gained nothing but lean mass and that was even without hardly any protein in me.
