agreed with you and dennis, think im selling myself short not eating proper on weekends, its cos i wakeup late on weekends.You grow when you rest bro so eat your food all 7 days. Post up a few pics if you can.
think ill make one of my BIG shakes before bed
2 tspoon peanut butter
1 scoop whey protein
1 banana
1 cup of oats
6-8 eggs
this is my usual breakfast first thing soon as i get up
looks like ill have to start setting my alarm early weekends, especially being on a cycle.
i should know better really.
