Nagging shoulder injury

Been having I believe either tendonitis or impingement in my shoulder for the past 3.5 months or so.

Can't really barbell bench press at all otherwise my right shoulder is in agony.
Most Pushing exercises are ok however shoulder feels heavy after working it out.

Been on 4iu generic hgh for 3 months + 500mcg bpc 157 for 2 months. Adding 1mg tb-500 in a week or so.

Attempting some rehab exercises been out the gym completely for the whole duration.

Honestly in a rut.

Any advice would be appreciated.

does it hurt to reach across your body but pulling motions are fine? likely supraspinatus strain. I'm recovering from this currently. Do not do any pressing for about 3 weeks.

I was able to do flies and lower pec work just fine this way. It actually was a nice break from benching and overhead pressing and got to work on lower pec development which I had been neglecting.

I probably have 1 more week to go for full recovery, gonna baby it till 100%. Shoulder injuries are indeed the worst.

doesn't hurt to reach across my body no. Everyday it's not bad at all. Pulling motions in the gym are fine. I am just going to avoid bench like the plague. Haven't done any overhead presses recently I wonder how I would do. I did even partials on dips and they felt strained and stiff but no severe doms or pain.

go to doctor and get and MRI.
I have shoulder impingement, and surgery is only solution which i wont do.
I stayed away from gym for 5 years and the break still didn't help me and recently came back to training.
What helps me in the gym is avoiding barbells on shoulder and chest days and using only Dumbbells.
Lower the weights and perfect your form and try different grips for exercises until you find what helps the best.

I had a shoulder impingement in my right shoulder that hurt like hell for six months. I couldn’t bench, over head press at all. It even started effecting my sleep.

I started seeing a physical therapist who gave me some band / dumbbell / stretches to work on but that didn’t help much because I was so inflamed.

I ended up taking 200mg deca per week for ten weeks. The inflammation went away and I kept up with my physical therapy exercises religiously. The pain stopped quickly and when I came off deca I’d strengthened the muscles around that area enough that I’ve been pain free since.

I’d definitely recommend this route before surgery!!

This link will fix your shoulder: Touch me hard

Find your ac joint and push hard on it. If that's where it hurts...then there's your problem. Get some voltaren gel, or a store brand equivalent and apply it there. I eventually had surgery on mine.

If its in the front of your shoulder, it's bicep tendonitis. If its that, I have some good tips

Anything else is probably something in your rotator cuff complex

Depends on the particulars of your situation but apparently subacromial decompression surgery is sort of bullshit anyway, so might as well get started with physical therapy.

I had to deal with 3 partial tears in my shoulders for over a decade. Doctors did fuck all. PT made it much worse. In fact when I started PT back then, I only had one bad shoulder, and when I left 3 months later, they fucked my other shoulder and didnt fix anything with the original.

Finally, 13-14 years later, kids are growing and I just got fed up and said fuck it, im hitting it head on on my own. Somehow that worked. 2 tears are now 95% functional. I went from not being able to bench press the bar, to working with 275 again. Still no where near where i was but its a major improvement and more important, most of the pain is gone.

What I did was listen to the body builders. They suggested BCP/TB + HGH and I did that. That helped a lot with after workout inflammation. What used to hurt for 4-5 days now hurt maybe 1-2 minus a few very painful dead shoulder experiences in between. But in general, it meant I could work out more. I hammered the damage where it hurt the most (bench and shoulder pushes). I didnt dick around like the PT people wanted by strengthening around it. I did the most painful exercise with as much weight as I could stand. It was ugly...

Obviously I dont recommend doing it the way I did.

I honesly thought I was going to tear them fully and get surgery. Imho, that would still be better than what I had before. Instead I was very surprised by by how my body adjusted. It took less than 3 months to go from bar back to 135lb on bench. It still hurt like hell, but I was doing it. Then it took about 9 months to start working with 225 again. I was stuck there for a long while then one day I was just able to do more and I went up to 275 quickly. Im stuck here right now. No rush. Im old.

I do have one other partial tear to take care. The ones I fixed were on the upper shoulder around delts. I have another near bicep connection that makes shoulder press very hard. Working on that now. So far... it caused bad inflammation when I do a pure shoulder day. But im off gear right now so I suspect (and hope) that once im in a cycle again, that will ebate a bit.

Thats my experience with shoulder and chest issues. When I started it was just BPC/TB/GHK-Cu and HGH. At some point I did my 1st Test-C newbie cycle. Then a break and then I did 2nd cycle with Test/DECA/Tren/Primo. Now in down time again.
