You are carb cycling. A few days of low carbs followed up by a high carb day. I look forward to this cause my carbs are set very low right now on the other days.
I've been sticking to good carbs (Low GI). Things such as Ezekiel Breads, english muffins, and cereals. Along with Oatmeal, sweet potatoes and stuff like that. If I have High GI carbs on my high carb day its pretty much stuff like bananas and organic honey. I'll even throw in natural peanut butter cause it has carbs along with the healthy fats you get from it. Another thing I like is organic jam made with blueberries or blackberries for my toast. Homemade banana nut muffins are good too!
