Natural peanut butter

Pretty much any nut or nut butter would be a good source of fat along with avocados. Some kinds of cheese, coconut oil, and fish would be healthy sources of fat. I was also on a chia seed kick at one point.

Coconut oil is NOT a healthy source of fat, or anything. It is almost 100% pure saturated fat. What people SHOULD want is monosaturated; nuts, avocado, olive oil, etc.

Yes they have a higher saturated fat profile compared to other oils but those come from the MCTs in the coconut oil and have benefits that outweigh being considered saturated fat. Studies have shown MCTs present in coconut, even though saturated, help increase HDL cholesterol.

Saturated vs unsaturated fat is a huge myth placed on society by a POS government organization the same as the fucking food pyramid and food source guidelines. Eat fats. Be happy. The source is far less important than total caloric intake and exercise.

As far as carbs; they’re fuel. If you gain weight eating carbs it’s one or all of the of the following:
1. You don’t train hard enough
2. You’re eating too many total cals
3. You’re insulin resistant (underlying health issue or caused by 1 and/or 2)

It’s really that simple.

As far as your current diet, PB is great. I have several tbsp in my prep diet even this close to a show. However, your extremely limited sources of food is not something id maintain for any extended period of time

Sounds like hes dieting hard. Chicken, eggs, pb.
Yes sir that was serious , I’m being very very strict , not something that’s fun or ideal for long term plans but I’m doing a 10 week cutting cycle on test and tren currently and since is the first time I’ve even mustered up the courage to take tren I don’t want this cycle to go to waste . I’m considering having a cheat meal every 2 weeks but aside from that I want this to be very very strict . I’m sick of having a fat stomach man , it’s time to diet hard for me

If we’re being honest dude...crash dieting from day 1 is a terrible fucking idea.

Also I don’t know if I’m doing a crash diet entirely because I am eating the proper amount of calories I’m at 1800-1850 a day so I’m far from starving myself , I know starvation isn’t going to do me any good

That doesn’t sound like enough calories for muscle growth. Is this primarily a cutting period for you, rather than building?

Yes sir this entire cycle and diet is all about cutting . I have no expectations of muscle growth at 1800 calories a day. I have a big of a stomach and it’s been a massive insecurity for years and I’ve decided to just say fuck it and go all out diet wise to once and for all get rid of it , I don’t entirely understand why this diet seems so terrible , I agree it’s fucking miserable and very bland but I’m getting over 200 grams of protein in a day between the eggs chicken and peanut butter and with the peanut butter I’m getting and eggs around 50-55 grams of fats per day . According to all calorie calculators online they all have me around the 1800 calorie mark for cutting , been doing this for 2 full weeks and am down 4 pounds so I don’t feel as if this is a drastic / rushed diet where I’m losing 5-8 pounds a week in an unhealthy manner , but again I’m far from an expert and am always welcome to criticism and better ideas

What sort of workout, training, carido are you doing?
Currently lifting 5 days a week I keep most lifts in the 8-10 rep range for 3 sets , 2-3 workouts per muscle group . I’m in the gym for an hour 5 nights a week and when I say an hour it’s an hour of working out , I don’t walk around and hangout there , after each workout I do give myself a minute and a half of rest and then back to it

Still has you at 2800 maintenance. If you work out 3-5 days a week.
I always put sedentary lifestyle in the calculator because of how slow my metabolism is . I know some guys don’t believe in that but I truly believe my metabolism is relatively slower then the average guy my age

I just used calculator.net and when I plugged all my info in the only thing I modified was that I put works out 1-3 time per week instead of 5 and it put me losing 1 lb a week at 1890 calories
