With all the different AAS out there that athletes are using to bulk, cut or whatever they fancy, which ones in everyone’s opinion are the hands down must for a cycle? Wouldn’t one say Tren and Test are the game changers and really all one needs?
 
Nope, I can't run tren due to the mental sides and how it fucks with my sleep. My theory is you've got the following options:

Orals
DHTs
Boldenones
Nandrolones
"Extras" (clen, etc)

If you're a beginner, pick one. If you're intermediate, pick two. If you're advanced, pick whatever you want.
 
Depends where you're at, and where you're going, and where you've been.

Most would advise against tren on your first cycle. I'd say the only true "necessity" is test. However I guess it would depend how you're defining necessity. Don't forget PCT drugs.
 
Test is best and dbol goes with everything. These are always my go to items. Basic, predictable and easy to cycle or add to other stuff, such as tren or NPP.

Playing Russian Roulette if you follow advice from someone who don't even know your goals and stats.


The only thing will apply for certain is keep your estrogen under control if running aromatizing compounds. Avoid high estrogen and avoid crashing your estrogen.

Calm down bull dog, you need more test to counter those tren sides.
 
test, deca,and maybe anavar. test and deca is all i need. i keep doeses low. still get benefit from them without running crazy cycles and high doses. switch it up with prop/ npp. oh and proviron
 
At the risk of showing just how ignorant I am. I would like to know what is sugested for my first tren and hgh cycle. I am 48 years old, 6ft, 249 pounds and 50 of it has to go. Just now getting in the gym a few times a week. Over the last 2 weeks I have changed my diet completely. My goal is not to get big. Just cut and fit. Was taking 1 cc of test every 10 days when my test levels were down to 172, had no energy and no sex drive. After a month I had blood work performed and my estrogen levels were well over 500. I stopped test, started taking estrogen blocker. I will retest estrogen and test levels next week. Over the last 2 weeks I have been on Hgh 2units a day and 1 mil of tren 3 days a week. The tren is suppose to lower my estrogen along with the blockers from what I hear. I would to know everything I should take and the things I shouldn’t. Any suggestions on a cycle plan for what I am trying to accomplish? Please excuse any incorrect verb-age, I’m one of the greenest members on the forum.
 
You're just now getting in the gym a couple times a week, and you've had good nutrition for 2 weeks?

And you're concerned about your drug stack?

You could lose that weight natty, no problem, through the gym and your nutrition.

You need to be training for a lot longer, and being on good nutrition longer than two weeks... That shit is MORE important when you're on gear..

You shouldn't have even started running anything until you've developed more consistency it sounds like..

Please read a lot, about a lot for a lot of time.

Tren isn't going to lower your E2, that's what an AI is for.

Your E2 is likely high from your elevated body fat percentage and/or unless you got an E2 sensitive test while on Tren, then those numbers are skewed and therefore are of no use.

Dropping the Test from the equation was a horrible idea. Drop the Tren, you aren't ready for it and you don't need it at this point.

Stick with a TRT dose of Test, the GH is your choice, but leave it at that. Get your diet and training in check before you start getting fancy.

You’re not ready for gear. Period.

You have been given a bit of tough love advice and lots of great advice here already.

But I feel I need to add to this and it's not like others haven't said the same.

What you are doing is wreck-less and lazy. If your doctor put you on trt which is hard to believe that he didn't run more bloods to be checking and fine tuning all your hormones and you decided to just drop everything and go on your own... imo shows the wreck less behavior.

You fixing your diet for two weeks is a great start, but adding in tren thinking this is the magic drug is incorrect.

You really need to go back to basics and continue to focus on your nutrition and work out routine and in the meantime spend hours and hours on meso and do more research.

Again, dropping 50 pounds you can do without drugs.... it's done everyday but you want the fast route with magic drugs.

The best option would be to naturally lose the weight, spend time building your physique naturally and then go for a simple cycle. If you get your bf% down before you go the gear route, when you do start cycling properly great things will happen. This sounds so routine, I know...the old “do as I say, not as I do...” However, it truly is the best way to proceed. Get lean first, then add quality muscle!
 
The tren is no good for you at this point.

You should look into a TRT program if your test is low.

Trt with test and an AI would likely be a good start.

What were your doses of test. One injection every ten days does not sound like a well laid out program.
