Neckbeards

I never grew a beard when I was younger. I have a slight beard now and trim it every couple of days. You can still see my jawline and dimples through it.
 
Is your hair red? We cant be friends, haha! My hair was red when I was in my mid 20s. It went from light brown to red to black and onto gray.
Not a ginger thankfully. Overall just kinda black hair.

Found a new word looking at neckbeard shit online: nergin. Nerd + virgin. I also found a feminist site saying that calling people neckbeard is wrong, and it offends autistic people, basement dwellers and women with facial hair. I might call everyone neckbeard for a week to see who complains.
 
Yeah, neckbeard reminds me of people on reddit, sitting in their basement. Never thought of autistic people or post menopausal bearded women though... I made the mistake of looking up workout routines on a reddit forum. According to those people, if your 6' 180 and lean you must be on steroids. It's impossible.

And I've seen it claimed if bench 315+ you must on steroids, too.
 
Yeah, a lot of negativity and downers. The mindset is odd. I was looking up German Volume training over there and nobody liked it. Over here a couple of guys put on 10-12lbs first time they ran it. I'll give it a shot. Of course, I'm on gear, but.....

I meant to comment on your thread awhile back. I tried a type of that GVT years ago when I was natty. If I'm remembering correctly it was 10x10 with like 60 seconds rest between sets and each week you reduced rest by like 10 seconds. Can't really comment much on the gains because I was still like 160lbs with a 240lbs max bench back then. It was kinda fun though.

I'll be running test 250, tren 300, and superdrol at 20mg day(10mg first week). I may up the tren slightly if I'm feeling good. I'm starting out at 4100 cals day on the Vertical diet. Steak, rice, and green beans, spinach. I've been eating 3lbs of steak/ground sirloin a day for the past 3 wks to see how itll go. So far, so good. I'm starting this Monday. Sitting at 234lbs this morning. Hope to get maybe 245-250 in 8wks. Came down from 285-290 in jan.
