Need a little cutting help

Ive been doing a lot of reading but Im totally in analysis paralysis with the best way to cut down to 10% bf. Here's my deal, Im coming to the end of a cycle the first 8 weeks were a bulk, the last 8 was to cut some fat while maintaining LBM. Cycle looks like this

Weeks 1-8

1-8 Diet - mostly clean 4000 calories, 40% protein, 40% carbs, 20% fat or close to that
1-4 dbol 50 ed
1-4 NPP 125 eod
1-8 Test E 300 2x/wk
3-8 Test p 100 ed
Weeks 9-16
9-16 Diet - mostly clean 300 calories 250-300 protein, same 40/40/20 macros
week 9-16
Test P 100 eod
Tren A 100 ed
Anavar 60 ed <--- Im fairly confident the var is bunk or very weak and its doing nothing

I have 4 weeks left on this cycle and am trying to shave off 3-4% in bf in the next 2 months. I know that its almost all diet dependent, so Im not asking any AAS questions but more training and nutrition. It should be noted that as soon as Im done with this cycle Im going on TRT because I have low T (200-240) and last time I lost a ton and went to shit during PCT. Im really confused how to keep as much LBM while cutting fat during the end of this cycle and into TRT. I thought about doing Keto right after the cycle was over but I was concerned that I would drop muscle too and that the very last thing I want to do. Id rather go slower to drop the bf than risk losing mass. Im currently sitting at 190 morning weight. My questions
  • My TDEE is 2800 calories, how much should I cut out to drop bf but maintain size?
  • What should my macros look like? still 40/40/20?
  • Is Keto better or just do 40/40/20 and add cardio 3x week (I currently do zero cardio)

Here is my reply brother........
I know what your meal plan looks like so this will be an adjusted version of that.

Meal 1
4 whole eggs, 1 cup whites, 1/2 cup oats
Meal 2
8 oz. chicken, 1 avocado, salsa for taste
Meal 3
8 oz. ground lean meat, lettuce, avocado
Meal 4 preworkout
8 oz. chicken, 1 cup rice
Meal 5 Intra workout
MD Intra- 2 servings, 60 carbs, 40 EAA's
Meal 6 Postworkout
8 oz. beef or fish, 1 cup rice

That's it, keep it simple. No fats and carbs mixed other than first meal of day. Carbs around workout, fats in all other meals. All protein powders dropped.

There is still or if room to work with this plan, one can lower carbs even more and cycle high days if needed. I may play around with that a little with my cut.

Cardio morning fasted, progressively increased throughout cut. Training remains the same.

What does everyone else think? Anyone else have any suggestions for Furious?

My take on dieting

1) I'd generally cut at 10-20% less calories than my TDEE. If your TDEE is 2800, have you tested this for accuracy?, then take out 280-560 cals.

2) stop using ratios. Rather base intake on your goals and stats
Protein: ~ 1.3g/lb BW
Fat: .3-.4g/lb BW
Carbs: however many or little you want.

3) keto has some benefits over traditional dieting for some people but not all. It really doesn't matter if you do keto or not keto the differences are negligible. Cardio isn't needed but it can help create a calorie deficit which is what you're looking for.

Intensity preserves muscle mass better than volume so reduce the volume of your workload but keep intensity high by working with sets less than 8reps.
 
Yep I'm about 90% set with mine, but I'm still helping my wife figure out what she's doing. Will be a lot easier if we're eating the same things just different qty.
Soon as I've got it all worked out ill post it up here.
 
@Oregonstrong I was working out this plan but I've decided to hold off right now. With my cycle ending in a few weeks and going on TRT/cruise after, I thought it might be best to see how I react to that first. Once I have TRT dialed in do a cut.
What do you think?
