Need a little help with my DNP cycle.

Ok, this is my second DNP cycle, my last one was 3 years ago, and i didnt lose but 1 or 2 pounds, at 400-600mgs a day, it was a week long. Im pretty sure i seen poor results due to my lack of disipline with my diet. i was eating everything.

This time, i want to get the most out of it. ive gone from 260lbs-232lbs, over the last year. No drugs, just a clean diet. For the last 3 weeks, ive been on a 95% protien diet, and so far no weight loss, but im holding more water due to the creatine, wich i stoped.

This DNP cycle will be 400mgs a day for a week.
My diet will continue to be 90% protien, and minimal carbs.
My current supps are:

M1T@30mgs a day
1 tab of mens 1 a day with biotin
vitamin E
Milk thistle 200mgs a day
lutein 6mgs a day
ALA 200mgs 3 times a day

Now a couple questions, Can i still take melotonin at night.
And i have a bunch of T-3, should i add any of it.

I appricate any help

To answer from my experience.....Melatonin, Why not? If it works for you then great, use it.

T-3, not needed in a short cycle. If you must, use them but I feel its over kill for something that will work no matter what.

Minimal carbs will keep you cooler than a high carb diet but expect to feel like ass more than others. Allow yourself a cheat here and there.

I just finished a 6 day cycle of 400mg for 4 days and 600mg the last 2 days. I used a nothing more than multivits, plenty of fluids and protein (meat, shakes, etc.), fruit in small amounts (apples, pears) for carbs and some fat. In a few days, I will know what I have lost as I am still holding lots of fluid.

Oh, and scratch the creatine....just wasted during the DNP cycle anyway.
