Need advice on ventro gluteal injection location

ventro gluteal...hell no. Mine are already silly huge. Injecting it would be crazy. Ive been preaching this for a while. Try your lats bro. Easy and no pip.

Show and prove or it didn’t happen. Just kidding, but yeah, if any way you could arrange a pic to illustrate would be much appreciated. And what’s the most your oil you pushed in there?

Really hard for me to take pictures right now. I shake after hard workouts so here's the best I can do for now. Excuse the messy room;) I've never injected this location. Not wanting it any bigger.

OP I've had the same question, when I lift my leg mine doesn't pop out like it seems to for others, finally gave up on trying to find the VG. Until I can get a chick in the medical field to show me exactly where it is on my body instead of trying to find it from a diagram. Only place I have for big shots is my quads, which I hate because I hit a nerve on a very high percentage of shots. I avoid Calves, tried that once and couldn't walk for a week
 
Put you hand on your hip just a few inches below the top of your hip bone and lift your leg sideways. You'll feel it pop out if you can't see it. It is right about the height of the waist where your jeans ride.....unless you wear those creepy low rise ones.
 
Really? Where do you see anything relating to the VG?

Ventro is the only place I've ever injected. I've always just said glute because I didn't realize so many people did ventro and didn't wanna seem weird lol. That's the best picture I could get of it. You can see where I injected last night if you look closely enough. Hope that helps. I don't even swing my leg over just put some weight on that side until it pops out, stretch the skin and take the weight off of my leg and and you know the rest.
