Quads are my favourite easy to reach and see just super easy but am wanting to try bieceps and delts been wanting to for a while just been a bit skeptic about the biceps my friend does them all the time and says he never has a problem and am wanting to switch up with quads and something else biceps or delts the only thing putting me of the both of them is I won’t be able to draw back on the needle when it’s in to check for a vein and with quads it’s super easy to draw back
