Need advice on ventro gluteal injection location

Quads are my favourite easy to reach and see just super easy but am wanting to try bieceps and delts been wanting to for a while just been a bit skeptic about the biceps my friend does them all the time and says he never has a problem and am wanting to switch up with quads and something else biceps or delts the only thing putting me of the both of them is I won’t be able to draw back on the needle when it’s in to check for a vein and with quads it’s super easy to draw back
 
Still haven grown the balls to try it yet lol. Just can't tell exactly where it is although I do have a way better idea
 
Put ur hand on ur side and flex ur glute and you’ll feel ur vg tighten up too then just play around until u get it to pop out like the others have said it’s really easy once u figure it out. And even if u get pip there it won’t affect ur day to day life like quad pip
