Need help...first time

Hey guys..ok dont make fun of me cause I dont know much about this stuff. I am 5'7" and weigh 207. I eat like a motherfucker, which means I add alot of bodyfat around the stomach and chest area. Ive been thinkin about doing a cycle, cause I want to compete one day, however, I dont want my girlfriend to know im on anything. What can I and should I take to increase mass and strength while decreasing bodyfat, which will have the least side effects and also is not too expensive. I appreciate your help.

hey bro sorry to tell you but all of your specifications(increase mass, losing bodyfat, least side effects, and not to expensive...etc,etc....is a little unreasonable....Just stay around and read awhile....Look at FAQ that are sticky's.....
 
i made the mistake of doing my first cycle while bf was to high and wasnt happy with the results. loose some bodyfat then maybe try a test deca cycle or test eq. as far as prices do some window shoping first but make sure to use a reliable individual.

Ill be 22 this summer, I do work out now, usually 4-5 days a week, avg. time in gym is about 1.5 hours. I usually lift heavy to put on mass.
