Need help interpreting thyroid levels

My last pin was a little over two and a half weeks ago. I was on 400ml test e and 400ml npp a week for four months. Half way through my cycle I started to not feel "normal" here's some of the symptoms i have. Anxious all the time, always hot, anxiety, fatigued, brain fog, hard time concentrating, higher then normal blood pressure on cycle. Previous bp on cycle was 130/80 this cycle it's been 140/88. Also I on or off cycle I used to sweat like crazy during work outs leaving my tshirts drenched. Now I don't sweat at All even though I know I'm pushing my body hard. I've done multiple cycles before including tren, eq, deca, and orals.

I know my liver values are high I dropped all orals which were Anavar, cialis, proscrar and Lipitor.

My tsh is in range but on the low side. Here's the lab work!

Your TSH, T3, and T4 look good.

Your E2 looks too high though. When my E2 was in the 50s, I was anxious and had brain fog and ED. How's your morning wood? What AI are you on?

I think you'll feel better when your E2 is under control.

Yeah I thought that it was my estrogen also at first. But these test here are from a month a ago. With my estrogen in range.

@Dr JIM

Any suggestions? I know the thyroid levels are in range. I've read you could still have thyroid issues even if there in the normal but optimal range. If you think my thyroid levels are fine do you have any suggestions on what other blood work I need to take to see what's wrong.

Here's the full report of my most recent blood work it wouldn't let me down load it whole thing yesterday.

I don't think you should have dropped your cialis. It will help get your blood pressure lower, which you said is high. It won't stress your liver that much in most people. I agree @Firedog and think your E2 is a little high.
As with TSH, usually the lower in the normal range the better. It shows your thyroid is efficient.

High estradiol can slow metabolism despite normal thyroid levels
a little AI might help

if your E2 levels drop to low normal and you still feel tired
you can try a little T3 to boost energy
natural thyroid supression is only temporary

None of these symptoms are even remotely suggestive of a thyroid disorder or a problem with E-2!

What they are most consistent with is an PSYCHOSOCIAL or EMOTIONAL DISORDER.

Good luck.

You said the same thing to me .. and I was just diagnosed with hashimotos when you said i should be mentally evaluated for my symptoms .. your a cock sucker for even throwing shit like this out to people that are expressing themselves and are suffering from something .. stop diagnosing people over a forum that shit is weak
