I'll make it short: ended my last (first) cycle at 230 lbs and 15% bodyfat... am now at 238 at around 20% bodyfat. 2 injuries, an illness and some fucked up intestine infection made me eat my emotions out (not serious). During the last 8 weeks I also quit the gym to just concentrate on my studies.
Now I'm here asking for some advice for my diet. I started today to eat "clean" but what I want to work with are the macros.
I'm 6'1, 238 lbs and 20ish % bf. I will take clen, t3, test, mast and var in my up and coming 11-12 weeks cycle (starting in two weeks). I will workout 5 days a week, 20 minutes of running in the morning 5 times a week, some random cardio machine when I can fit it in my schedule and some bjj at night.
I was thinking of doing 2600 cals on work days and 2100 cals on off days. Proteins at around 1.25 my weight, keep the carbs low and fats at a reasonable level. Could I go lower or is that fine? Plan is to hit 200 by the end of the cycle. Will post before and after pics once the cycle is done.
