Need help with effed up cut

Okay here goes...36yo ,5'10, 205, 11-12bf. Have been lifting for years and am in decent shape. For some odd reason, I decided to hire an online "coach" to help me achieve a nasty level of lean. I lost weight for sure. I just did what he said without fail. Fast forward a few months and I feel like shit. No Sex drive, Loss Of erections, etc.

So, I count the macros he has me on. 198pro, 156 carb, 15g fat. That's not a typo. 15g. His fee was crazy and was supposed to include cycle advice. However, never did a cycle during his run. Did push sarms though:) no wonder I felt like shit.

Anyway, I stopped working w him and took matters into my own hands. Added fat back in diet. Current macros are 230pro, 117carb, 35fat. These macros are from a different coach in my area. He is a pro. Still no sex drive so I started on some prop @100mg eod. Added var a few weeks in. Running for 10 weeks total.

Not losing any fat, no sex drive really, and mr. Woody shows up when he feels like it but goes away unexpectedly. Can't count on him.lol.

contacted first coach who was supposed to be an expert on AAS and he says that I might lose some fat if my diets right? But he said my weight loss would stall. So confused..help
 
I feel like my calories are low but after being on such low calories for so long, I'm afraid to add back in. How the eff do you lose fat on prop and var?
 
I never let my fat get below 60 ish and i hit 5% bf but my body drops fat with low carbs
With the stats I provided, do my calories seem low to you? I was on that fucked up diet for 5 months and afraid my body is used to those and will balloon up. Also, my test was 3076 total and total E was 150.5. They said in range on E. Look sloppier now than when I started this cycle
 
Honestly i really cant comment to much on all that i hit 5% bf natty so its a whole different world.

My best advice is just slowly add in fat and see how your body responds.
 
I was..lol. I have a strong mind. But, I was grumpy. I don't mind starving, but I wanna see results. I hope someone chimes in quick because this is bothering me pretty severely. Makes me wanna order pizza to get my fats up haha
 
Nope. It was 100% for 5 months. I did neglect to mention that I broke my foot last year and was out of the gym for a long time. I gained a ton of weight by eating shit daily. No excuses. I own it
