Need some advice (DNP)

Hey guys,

Day 5 of 500mg/day DNP. I've done DNP in the past so this isn't my first run.

I need some help.

Feeling like utter shit this time around (never felt like this on previous cycles - same source). No allergic reactions but I have an upset stomach with pain, gas, extreme lethargy, heavy breathing and just overall feeling like shit. I know some of these are DNP sides but idk... something feels weird this time around. My body is warm all the time (it's -3 Celsius outside) and the night sweats are bad.

Do I continue or do I stop? Like I can probably tolerate this shit feeling.. but I just don't want it to be something worse that I'm not picking up on.

Any vets care to share some wisdom?
 
I would discontinue for a few days then restart at 200mg when you're feeling better again.

I don't recommend starting at 500mg right away... That can be a hard hit even when you tolerate it well. You also need to rule out whether you're coming down with an illness... Tis the season.
 
Interested to know your protocol and how your previous cycles with dnp went. Hard to find much 1st case experiences on it.

It's really not... Google 'first DNP cycle' and you'll have a plethora of material to read. It can be kind of cringey though, be careful what you mimic.

Thanks for the response. Iv googled some info on cycling it before, if just never found crazy amounts of info or anyone I can ask direct questions to about there personal use.
 
If I am going to use DNP I do 50-100mg for a couple days, if I get hit with lethargy I stop right away.

It's an extremely powerful drug, people are using way too much imo!
How long would you typically cycle for at those doses? Have you used it without lethargy before? My understanding I'd most people feel like shit on it.

A couple days here and there only, it is supposed to boost your fat loss. Not be the foundation of your fat loss.. If you are already on a good diet and training program you shouldn't really need to use it very often.

What is your diet and TDEE? Macro ratio?

Ah okay you just used it on and off. Iv only read about cycling it higher dose for 8-10 days and lower dose for up to 3 weeks. My tdee is roughly 2700cal 40-40-20. Not really interested in running it myself just more curious to see how people use it and how effective it is for different individuals.

What is your diet and TDEE? Macro ratio?

Well that's how I use it :P Extremely sparingly.

Your honestly the first iv heard of running it like that. Do you mind filling me in on how you use it as far as diet and cardio exercise compared to a conventional cut? Iv read about a few people holding maintenance calories and not backing off carbs but at higher doses from 400-800.

Well again, you are putting emphasis on the drug it is the diet and exercise that are important.

I do high protein and fat, next to nothing on the carbs. That's how I cut in general, I don't change anything because of the DNP. DNP is really in the backseat and if he f*cks with my driving I throw him out of the car.

Regarding cardio I like doing low intensity cardio such as walking.

What do you think DNP will do for you?

Iv read about it being extremely difficult to train or do cardio due to the sides of almost flu like symptoms by the sound of it. My understanding is it raises your tdee significantly. Therefore any exercise or cardio is above and beyond typical calories burned?

I understand diet and exercise are the core of any cycle, just mentioning what iv read about online, no personal experience with it. Thanks for the response, I was wondering why anyone would change there diet up for dnp. Once again im not interested in dnp use, at least not at third point in time (said that about tren). More trying to get as much factual information on it from people who use it first hand. It seems very harsh to me honestly. I usually cut on nothing more then try. Never had any issues getting to 10% and never wanted to go any lower then that.

People tend to change their training out of necessity because you do tend to lose power on it quickly. For instance, I always start lifting with a base lift (bench, deadlift, squat, etc) and, after my top set, my back down sets are noticeably more difficult than normal. With that said, I train pretty much exactly the same but I tend to lower the weights to be honest with myself.

Diet should be somewhere between a 500cal deficit and maintenance, IMO. A bigger deficit will affect you too much and being above maintenance defies the point.

It's not extremely difficult to train or do cardio. During my last DNP cycle I did an hour of cardio per day without any issues, aside from boredom. I set a PR during one cycle. It's similar to training during a tough diet, because that's primarily what it is. Anyone who talks about extreme lethargy or flu symptoms is taking too much and probably shooting themselves in the foot.

Yes. According to the research, it's an increase of approximately 11% for crystal DNP and 15% powder DNP to your BMR per 100mg.

Therefore any exercise or cardio is above and beyond typical calories burned?

Yes... Same as a normal diet.
