hey guys hope everyone is good! I been doing alright, for y'all that don't know me I got myself Ina fucked up situation and potentially going to jail here in July - sept sometime around then. anyways I jus came off a test e cycle gained a fair amount of weight I'm sitting at 185lbs started the cycle around 160lbs.. I'm on house arrest and I'm curious how I should go about my diet and training , on gear I eat everything in site (no candy clearly or high surgary ass food) and train 6 times a week but I'm curious how should my diet and training be off cycle to maintain all this and keep gaining ?
My thoughts were jus do a 3 day a week push pull legs so I don't overtrain and still eat everything in site what are your thoughts ? If I wasn't in this predicament I'd still be on gear haha. Don't really care about being lean jus wanna b a big fucker people say I am but it's still not enough hahaha
