Hi everyone.
Checked in here a few times over the years as a lurker to see what was new and exciting in the BB world, what labs were performing and experienced community members opinions on cycling.
About me, I'm late 30's, been training since I was 13. Seriously since I was 17. Though I've never competed, I saw the social and health benefits of moving weight around as one of the best investments of time a man can have in his life.
Started dabbling in AAS at around 22 after watching a close friend quite suddenly turn into Adonis. I didn't waste my first cycle, it was the groundwork for what I'm still carrying now over a decade later. Had a few health scares as everyone does in time, kidney and BP issues due to fickle mid 20's party boy behavior mostly.
Cleaned myself up, got married, had some kids, got divorced and continued on. Being a dad has really been a fire under my ass. I want my little ones to see how I live and be a roll model many of us didn't have. Sober of mind, disciplined, patient and diligent.
Currently keeping the girlfriend busy with 250mg/wk Test C, 250mg/wk primo, very near the end of this blast. 3iu of hGH daily since forever ago and no orals, they scare me a little.
I maintain a very strict near carnivore diet for inflammation reasons, limiting myself to 30-60 grams of carbs a day at 3300 calories. I'm the crazy person using chopsticks to remove 2.5 grams from meal prep. Lots of nutrients supplements. Never drink, no party favors and eat out for birthdays only.
With this diet and régime I'm able to keep my just under 6' frame around 210lbs with abbs year round.
Decided to take the step into the forum to really see how the UGL community has grown and changed. I'm the only one left training 5 days a week from my crew, and the only one not embarrassed to undress at the beach - good men, though dad bods galore. I don't have social media and have missed bouncing ideas around, sharing new information and the word hockey.
Thanks for the opportunity to check in here. Looking forward to meeting some new people, learning and sharing.
