new diet idea?

have been dieting for 2 months - five days on 2 days off

started at 36" waiste down to 32" waiste

lost 15 lbs

want to get down to 30" waist again

idea!

weight train 3 days a week eat good food with protien but dont worry about calories or carbs
cardio train 3 days a week and cut calories and carbs to a minimum but try to keep protien up
day seven take off - sit on my ass and eat ok food with a 1 snack that day

im 34 yrs young
when i get my waiste to 30" i will be bulking back up with gear - need to eat alot then - try to get rid off fat before bulk

do you think this diet idea will show improvemnt or is it not strict enough

Bro, it might work. But, in my experience, the best diet is a gradual reduction in caloric intake to accomplish 1 pound of weight loss a week. i don't like gimmicky dieting ideas. Your idea looks gimmicky. Just do what works well: cut your calories by about 500 a day. If you dont' count calories, then eat 3 balanced, low fat meals a day and a snack at around 3 p.m., like fruit or a few peanutbutter crackers.
