Yea, I go to walk into one of these shitholes earlier and see a sign out front that says ,"come on in, your doctor is here!" And there is a table set up with some dipshit doctor. He must have graduated at the top of his class let me tell ya!! "Yep, I did my residency at Wal-Mart!"

Seriously, why the hell work for anything anymore? We can thank EBT for the price of a 9.99/lb ghetto steak now also!! It's too easy to be a shitbag now, if the government wanted to end this shit ppl would be still standing in line half the day for bread, peanut butter and a block of cheese!! Seeing this shit burns my ass!! Fucking Wal-Mart, knew I should have went somewhere else!!

That’s a new one, lol.

-But DUDE, I had the same thought about beef...it’s fucking expensive as shit right now, and right after these motherfuckers are getting thousands in food stamps every week?? Yeah, cos that’s not coincidental...

It’s cool tho, I’ll stick to my cheap ass chicken breast.

Meat prices shot up years ago. Even lentil prices shot up once people couldn't afford to eat meat anymore. I have noticed obesity isn't near as bad as it used to be ten years ago, now I see more people that look emaciated from living off cheap junk.

Best bang for the buck is Aldi's Canned Salmon $2.22 for a 12oz., loaded with protein, omega3, can't top that for nutrient value. Or Mackerel for $1.60 12oz.

Nah, man. Beef prices more than doubled overnight here. A cheap 75/25 roll of ground beef was $2/lb. now it’s $6/lb.

Overnight was when 75% of the meat packing plants all shutdown within a few days of one another - because COVID. Plenty of beef available, but no place to get it processed. Same with pork. Thousands of tons of cattle slaughtered "euthanized" and left rotting in the fields, because no one could afford to feed them.

I kind of like the doc in Walmart idea. It's probably faster and cheaper when I need a prescription for antibiotics or something similar. Anyway, this is happening because lots of families until recently just went to the emergency room for sore throats or checkups, because the laws prevented the hospitals from turning them away, even if they couldn't pay. But now it takes MUCH longer to get in - because COVID. Walmart is just meeting the demand created or diverted due to government lock downs.

Canned mackerel and salmon are the most underrated superfood you can ever get from a grocery store and they are dirt cheap. I started eating mackerel daily.
