What's up meso. Been reading forums here for years and finally decided to create an account. 26 y.o been training regularly since I was 20. Recently came home in November from a 30 month "debt to society" I had to pay. But they had bars with welded weights so got to train to an extent. Anyway I'm about 2 weeks in on some comp tren 50 mg ed and test prop 50 mg ed adex 1 mg a week. Macros are as follows 2400 cals, 277 protien,70 fats,166 carbs. I consume all my carbs pre,intra,post workout except for 24 for breakfast. Im currently doing @Thenewera training split he recently posted and loving it. Don't know if this was to much info or what. Can take criticism and can always learn. Thanks for reading.
