New;help needed

3 days a week ,5 hours each day, in gyms, all other days I “work out” out of hotel rooms, I carry dumbbells with me I do as much as I can with them after work I travel for work, my diet is mixed at the moment due to my work schedule at the availability of certain foods, I understand I will be bashed, but that’s why I’m here , all of you guys are the ones with the information, so if y’all strongly disagree with my plans or just think I’m a idiot, I more then likely won’t continue with my plans, this is why I am here getting advice

How the fuck are you that out of shape if you're working out... 5 hours a day? Your calorie intake shouldn't even be able to keep up with what you're burning through that much training...

Also who the fuck has time to work out 5hours a day?! That's gotta be a typo..

Dbol is a shit choice.

You don't need gear, you need fucking impulse control. You're also 22? Fuck man...if you can't rock 10-15% BF at 22 you have horrible eating habits and even worse exercise habits.

You have no clue what you are about to do. Your "buddies" are also not very smart. You are about to fuck up your hormonal system, I can guarantee it. I say that because you have no idea about how steroids work, what to take, and most importantly how to properly recover and restart your natural test production. Taking it further, the more fat you carry, the harder your cycle is to control sides...like Estrogen.

Start here, go get your bloodwork done. Total test, free test, e2. You want the FEMALE hormone panel. Yes, female. And then post the results here.

Start tracking your diet. Write down everything you eat and drink and the amounts. Post a week's worth here.

Running a cycle of test or dbol isn't going to do jack shit for you. There's no easy way to looking and feeling better. Even on gear you have to work 2-3 times as hard, those badass gains just don't "happen". It's not like microwaving a hot Pocket. It's going to take time, dedication and patience.

He’s 23 don’t need gear ...... i think we need a section to show the young guys what happens when u start using gear at that age .....

I agree and I also don’t understand why anyone would want to use AAS unless you’re older and need trt, you have hit your natural limit through years and years of dedication in and out of the gym, or you need it as a means of making money for your livelihood.

Too many weekend warriors want to be lazy and do gear for the summer. It pisses me off. I’m not saying that about the OP, I just don’t get the mentality of people these days.

Lifting is a passion, it’s a way of life, and unless you feel like this day in and day out you shouldn’t be dabbling in AAS use.

Hey man...

I’m 23, 5’11-6’. 1 year ago, I was 232 lbs. Fat. Big love handles. Lots of lower back fat. I was like you know what? I need to take steroids. I started researching orals, injectables, and all that other “magic”. Then, I thought to myself, why am I fat in the first place? The answer was right in front of my eyes as I was taking in my 4th slice of cheesecake. No, it wasn’t the cheesecake, it was eating TOO MANY calories than I was burning.

Fed up with myself and being so insecure about going outside because I couldn’t find clothes that hid my stomach, I decided enough was enough.

Get in a caloric deficit. Train heavy 6-7 days a week. 15-20 mins HIIT after each workout. High protein. Do whatever you want with fats + carbs. I find lower carb (<160g) helps me lose “weight” faster. And stay CONSISTENT. This is what separates the winners from the losers in every aspect of life. You might not see results as fast as you’d like. But life goes on. Time goes on. You’ll look back in 5-6 months and you’ll be like damn... I feel + look so much better.

Here’s my progress pics to show you that you don’t need gear right now. I’m no where near my ideal physique. I still have fat I need to lose. However, I feel 10000% better and that’s all that matters. The after pics aren’t my most recent, I’ve made even more progress now. Put your head down, and get to work.

Chances are your estrogen, BP and/or cholesterol are not good. So you're going to take drugs that will make these worse? Put down the fork, take your food on your trips and get your weight under control first. You will see no benefit from gear in your condition. Sorry to lay the truth on ya kiddo.

Brother @Bundothabum...

Gear is not needed to lose weight. It’s simple math. Burn more calories than you’re taking in. Research keto diets, live on healthy fats and proteins, cut out carbs and do fasted cardio. I’m trying not to bash you but you sound lazy AF. PM me and I’ll try to give you some good articles and advice, but don’t do gear.

Exactly what he said. In boot camp we did fasted cardio, it was pt at 4am then running till you puked. Run back and then chow. Get you diet together, dont do Dbol by itself. Ill help you when you are ready
