Hey everyone. Been weight training for about 8 years but must confess the lack of dialing in diet and exercise- was dealing with depression and taking care of my sick dad. He passed this year and I’ve been able to get back into a more focused approach. I’m pushing 40 and i feel it’s now or never. Science background so understand how AAS works but not fully committed to the idea of using though - it at all it would just be Test.

Right now dealing with a painful tendinopathy in my bicep (between the bicep and Radius) that I need to recover from with the help of a physio so limited and probably going to start on Reta to reduce excess fat (currently sitting 20-25 Body fat).
 
Welcome to MESO. Sounds like you have a pretty good plan. Reduce b.f. then check into peds.

What does your typical weekly training routine entail? Just curious how long you’ve been consistently workout. Are you incorporating any cardio? More details just let’s members give better feedback.
