Just saying hi!

Been lifting since High school except for time off from injuries. (Back surgery, shoulder surgery, and broken leg/ankle)

44 yrs old. 6'4" 265 lbs approx 15.5% bf using 7 pt.

Tried every bullshit supplement on the market and recently some sarms. Definitely a boost with the sarms, but not what I'm looking for.

Here to learn all I can so I can step up to some real stuff. My goal is to be 245 lbs with 10 to 11% bf max before I completely fall apart!
 
Welcome brother. You can forget about taking over the counter supplements and sarms. Getting your diet should be your number one priority. Then work on putting a cycle together
 
Thanks. Been pretty clean on my diet last few months.

Last few months:
395 protein
395 carbs
150 fat.
I was putting on some nice size but a little to much fat too. Got up to 275 and pants were getting tight.

Last week, i dropped everything to try to cut some weigh and since of lost a few pounds.
245 protein
245 carbs
122 fat

Researching the best cycle now to cut fat and get lean.
