New Labs - HELP progesterone high

Guys,

I really need your help. I just got these lab results today. I am taking T Cypionate 50mg once a week, HCG 150iu every day, 40mg DHEA every day. I took these labs one day before my weekly Cypionate shot.

Total Testosterone 786 241-827
Free Testosterone 26.3 9.5-43
DHEA-Sulfate 352 80-560
Progesterone 1.53 0.28-1.22
Estradiol 42 21-50

My progesterone is a little high and my Estradiol could be lower too. I was thinking that lowering my HCG to 100-125iu every day might take care of the Progesterone as well as the Estradiol. Another option might be taking DIM to lower Estradiol a little, but Im not sure whether this will help lower the progesterone at all. Is the progesterone at this level something to be concerned about?

Any help is very much appreciated.

I feel pretty good. I would probably feel a lot better if the Estradiol was lower. I'm a little concerned about the progesterone. I'm not sure if it's a big deal or not. I am wondering if I should just continue at the same dosage of HCG and just take some DIM for the Estradiol, or whether I should lower the HCG and hope that the progesterone and Estradiol both come down.

I don't think you need to worry but you can try the Indolplex/DIM to get your E2 down. This is the one David Z and I use.

My concern with the progesterone is that I just want to make sure that I don't end up having any gyno problems. I don't know at what level of progesterone this would be a problem.

Swale also says that progesterone undermines DHT. I'm also unsure what level of progesterone would be required to do that.

Swale, if you could give me any help here, I would greatly appreciate it.

Whats wierd is when I was going off testosterone 400mg a week, I got my blood tested. At day 6(one day before shot), my T was 667ng/dL. When I was on testorone it didnt make any difference how I felt between 120mg and 400mg.


Here you are doing nearly 1/10th of Cyp the amount and you got a higher level.

Thank you very much. Out of curiosity, is this level of progesterone something to be concerned about? If it was to stay where it is at, could it ever cause problems in future?

Guys,

I am taking 100iu HCG per day and 50mg Cypionate per week. I was also taking 40mg DHEA per day.
I have stopped taking the DHEA because of the high E2 and high Total Estrogens in this lab.

These are my latest labs which were taken the day before my injection.

Total Testosterone 746 241-827
Free Testosterone 25.7 9.5-43
Progesterone 1.15 0.28-1.22
Estradiol 54 21-50
Total Estrogens 198 <130

Is my Total Testosterone too high considering that the labs were taken the day before my
next injection? I am considering lowering my Cypionate dosage to 40mg.

Why don't you keep the cyp where it is and lower the HCG to no more than 500 iu's per week? That is generally what SWALE recommends.

With the high Total E and E2, maybe it is time to break out the DIM and TMG. I can't say for sure since I just started that protocol and my labs aren't for another 7 weeks.

I started taking DIM with TMG yesterday. I definitely felt it working, but too early to tell.

to within the range.

Is my Total Testosterone too high considering that the labs were taken the day before my
next injection? I am considering lowering my Cypionate dosage to 40mg.

how is/was your libido thru all of this?

My libido has been pretty good at times and not so good at others. When I started the DIM and TMG I had a spike in libido, which later faded, probably because the dose was too high and drove E2 down too much. I am trying to adjust the DIM dosage now.

Another way I would like to reduce E2 and Total Estrogens is to lower my Cypionate dosage from 50mg a week to 40mg a week. I just need to know whether I am too high or not on Total Testosterone.

Hopefully swale will help me out with this.

1cc I tryed doing this many times and for me it did help the with the high E2 but it did not stop me from back sliding. So for me I need higher levels and need to keep on top of E2 with Indolplex/DIM and when need I also take a 1/4 of and arimidex pill. I would feel better this way.
