Now that the admin stuff is over (thanks for the approval by the way gentlemen)...

29 yo, 5'8" 160# 13-15%BF

Past football athlete who trimmed down and kept up aerobic capacity. I have a nutrition degree so consistent clean eating with sporadic gym cycles over last 5 years. Been training Crossfit 5-6 days/week for last year, and will continue this type of training. Please keep the negative comments aside lol

I have cycled in the past with poor guidance and semi-poor results. My priority for being here is increasing knowledge/strength and getting back to my football days (not really concerned about aesthetics as I'm basically an entomologist). I will be cycling strength weight programs and cardio/strength endurance programs within Crossfit throughout the year.

Anyways, I am starting a new cycle this October and will be posting for advice in the other forum.

Thanks for all the prior advice. I've kept my eyes on the pages and many of you helped me construct my first moves!
