Hey guys, I’m starting a contest prep and thought it would be cool to share my logic behind the PED protocol. I’m currently 14 weeks out from my pro debut. I turned pro in 2022 and have been in off season since.

PEDs week 1 of prep.
Currently
Primo 600mg per week
Masteron 300mg per week
Testosterone 400mg per week
Oral primo 100mg per day


I really like primo, and find it to be very mild on sides, so I went ahead and started the prep with 600, and using 100 a day of the oral primo to kick start it. I hear a lot of negative stuff about oral Primo, always coming from someone who has never used oral primo. Yes it’s expensive but I personally think Nickel and diming anabolics is INSANE. I hear guys complain about paying for primo, so they do EQ or something…..guys the difference would be a couple hundred bucks MAX… This is our bodies we are talking about. To heavily take into account price of anabolics is odd to me, but that’s just my opinion.

The testosterone is at 400 because that’s what I can handle without an AI when these DHTs are in place.

Masteron is at 300, and will be getting ramped up as we get closer to the show.

No tren this prep. Will end it with winny, and var for orals at the end.

Don’t believe everything you hear about the pro level. Plenty of guys in the IFBB that run even less than this!

Dude, I know someone who is turning pro all natural, you guys should be ashamed using “asteroids”.

Plenty of IFBB guys that run nothing and honest but you guys don’t believe it.
 
He roasted my training split on my prep log with no explanation as to why so very curious what division as my gym is full of classic and MP guys who train with little to no intensity
Yeah I just saw that thread, looking good bro ! I have my doubts about OP’s being the real deal, in my experience anyone that’s critical of strangers on the internet for no reason usually isn’t too happy in themself

Ok guys, I think either someone is being oddly sensitive or I’m just coming across weird so I apologize if I came across ins negative way. I’m not criticizing others. I’m saying the split looked oddly simple and silly. I think grown men are reading a lot into a comment where someone says the split looks silly. I’m not tearing anyone down. If you want to post the split and we can break it down and talk about why I think it’s silly, that’s absolutely fine and we can do that. The reality is, it’s not that big of a deal.

Second. Dm me. I’ll give you my IG handle. And you can message me and I can show you I’m actually an IFBB pro even though I think it’s really weird someone would question that. I don’t mind proving it. I have about 100 photos of me standing on stage with the card. So the idea that because I said a split looks silly you question that I’m getting ready for a pro show is kinda odd logic there.

Few questions….
What are you on currently that you’re in 14 weeks out condition?
Why no hgh?
Why no nandrolone or eq for bulking since primo is so mild?
Are you trying to stay under 2000 total mgs, if so why?

Isn’t letting me message you, I wasn’t coming at you either I was moreso trying to figure out if you have any credibility to be critiquing lol. It is fair for you to expand and say it looks simple or cookie cutter. It’s a basic PPL split as I’m very new to bodybuilding (1 year), the training style was modified recently to keep 1-2 rir for first 2 working sets and then failure on the third as I was having trouble recovering from 3 sets to failure. Other than that, no other changes have really been necessary since I’ve been growing well on a simple split

As far as the split, my critique is that the movements suggested are not specific enough for someone who’s admittedly fairly new to bodybuilding, I think my newer guys do better when I find out exactly what they have access to and make the split very specific. That being said if he’s keeping up with weekly training vids and he knows you’re interpreting “Teres pull-down” well, then fuck it y’all are bridging that gap through other means of interpretation. The rep scheme seem lacking in much thought but again simple can be key. Just looks like a split that took 5 minutes to type but I suppose that’s not a reasonable argument for it being a poor split. There are major muscle groups I’d generally suggest more working sets on per week BUT you said youre growing so I won’t debate progress.

Oh right, I posted it that way to make sense for everyone reading. We’ve been working together for a year though and he’s seen all my training clips, adjusted my training, and all the equipment I use
