Hi Guys,
I am new here, 30 years old (soon 31 in couple months), 6'1, currently 206 lbs, 34" waist.
I've been reading this forum a while to gain some knowledge I think I got more information here than other sites (which I often found very biased and try too hard to push their "products"). Eventually I decided to join.
A bit background, I had been always a FAT guy, used to be like 260 lbs+ and 40"+ waist. Been trying to lose weight since 2008, and started lifting (I try to train each body part per day instead of hoping from one machine to another like I used to do) since 2012. My strength has increased but I feel like I am still weak.
Shoulder press (dumbell 75lbs)
Dumbell chest press (80lbs)
Squat & dead lift (220 lbs)
I usually work out 5x a week (but honestly haven't gone to gym this last month, I am a first year PhD student, and this semester has been crazy busy, but it is almost over, and next semester should not be as busy as this semester).
My goal is I wanna get more muscular build.
I had tried prohormone 2xtimes before (Helladrol and Epi), I liked them and I am thinking to try the real one.
I am thinking to try Test C only for my first cycle. I've been reading the discussion here and some other sites, and yeah hope I can get the benefit by reading this site and post some threads if I need some helps (which I am sure I do need).
