Hello:
I'm a 35 y/o medical student about 5'9, 192lbs, maybe 18% bf - it's been a while since I checked. I haven't worked out in a few years. Just getting back into it. I'm looking at it it now from a medical perspective - which helps in filtering out the BS I come across from folks in gyms and online.
Never used, but becoming increasingly curious about how mechanisms work in the body with various supplements.
I'm here looking for knowledge, exchange ideas, and maybe jump over to the other side.
