Lost 100lbs. With research Reta. Started resistance training, rowing and more cardio. Couldn't seem to improve strength much at all after a couple months.

Had my T tested and was 250, so that likely isn't helping me with gains.

Researched on here and made some changes and things are improving and feel much better.

Plan to keep learning and get in amazing shape.

How long have you been working with Retatrutide? Right on for taking these steps to improve your health.
 
Just over 7 months. Started at 2mg Reta and titrated up to 12mg over that period. Walked 5 miles on most days.

6'1" male and now under 200 lbs. so focusing on building muscle now.

Well done ✅ Walking/Hiking + WA state = perfection.
