New member & Vet introducing myself

Hello folks! I've been lurking and reading for a while, but I decided it was past time to post an intro. I've found some great info on the site. It's a great resource!

I'm 36 5'10 and 215 pounds. I train in something like a crossfit program now, but will probably start training more for powerlifting in the future. Not to compete.. just becaue I enjoy it. I'll still do both, but I'll shift my focus

I was in the Military for until 2011. I started weight training prior to enlisting, but while I was in i did a mix of weight training and endurance stuff. Not necessarily crossfit, but similar stuff in terms of intensity. I use the term crossfit because everyone is familiar with it.

When I got out of the service I was dealing with a lot of injuries/disabilities. I was out of the gym for a good while, but I've been back at it the past few years now.

Thats it for now. I imagine I'll post more in the future now that I've done my intro.
 
Thank you for your service and welcome to Meso. Now put down the crossfit and pick up some real weights. Just kidding. Just do your own thing and everyone else will tell you to cut the cross fit:p:D.
