Alright peeps,

Figured I’d pop in and introduce myself. I'm 44, been training on an off for a bit now, mainly into hypertrophy and keeping myself in decent condition. I’m on TRT with a bit of HCG and HGH, and lately I’m just getting into peptides (BPC-157, TB-500, GHK-Cu and MOTS-c) mainly to help with recovery and keeping the tendons happy so I can train hard without breaking down.

I’ve dabbled with Primo in the past but at the moment I’m more focused on getting the best out of a steady protocol, feeling good day to day, and slowly leaning out towards that athletic, sharp look. My goals are pretty simple: keep progressing, and make sure my bloods and recovery match the effort I’m putting in at the gym.

I’ve joined here to learn from the experience of others running similar setups, share what I’ve picked up along the way, and generally be part of the chat. Always up for bouncing ideas around on training, diet, peptides, or just the mental side of sticking at it.
