Been reading post and doing research for couple months. 44 year old male in gym most my life but just started trt a month ago. Like I said I've done dozens of hours of research but bc I've never actually used gear..I KNOW NOTHING. I am eager to learn. I am all about harm reduction but also pushing my limits and being 110% at everything, which is why I am here. Please any advice or direction would be appreciated Thank you for any help.

My ultimate goals are to find my max testosterone tolerance and then in far future possibly add small dose of deca(half the test c)for a few months. Or depending on availability just up the test dose and add mast e. But currently im just trying to get as much out of my trt dose in gym and when I hit a wall in my gains again then add above protocol. Another major issue i have is achy joints. Past tfcc tear surgery and occasional back pain which the testosterone seems to be helping with.

Don't set out with a goal of increasing drugs

Set out with a goal of increasing your training, improving your nutrition, improving your recovery.....

The goal should be not adding drugs because you are soo good at everything else that you don't need them.

Welcome to Meso. Maybe hold off on the sauce until you've read a few hundred more pages.

Thank you for the advice. I reread my post and I can see how you might come to that assumption because of my lack of detailed information. I have been in the gym for almost two decades. I started out tall and skinny 6'2" 155, and a hard gainer. I have worked harder than anyone I know, back then to get to 195 12% body fat at 40 years old. My diet has been dialed in to the point to where everyone around me thinks im obsessed, maybe I am but I love fitness and have had times over the past 20 years that a surgery has caused me to take time off from gym, and I hate life when that happens. Now im 44 and over the past 4 years ive been even more consistent and still loosing muscle mass no matter what i try. After I hit 180 a few months ago I gave in to Dr's advice and started trt(had out of range blood levels of testosterone for at least 3 years), and almost immediately my back and wrist pain started to feel better and I felt hope again. At 44 i do not have much more time to gain muscle mass to go into my later years healthy. I have read tremendous amounts of literature on AAS before I even considered any of this(my comment "I know nothing" was my attempt to humble myself before others that have actually put the stuff in play). But I agree with the guys at my gym that I reached my genetic limit years ago and have just been destroying my joints going against nature trying to gain back muscle loss from post surgery and with out of range T levels. Even if I do follow through and add juice to my dialed in regiment it will be tiny amounts, and only certain ones, and under a well planned time constraint, etc. I guess i miss understood the point of new member post and left out key information. Even now im leaving out a ton but this is already way to long to read. But I had to respond bc anyone close to me knows that if anything.. too much of my life is training, diet, recovery, staying up on literature, etc.( I dont think that is possible tho.) There are a lot worse things to be addicted to than physical fitness. Again, I understand where you were coming from so thank you for trying to help.

I would continue to progress on TRT for as long as you can. I would not consider adding nandrolone because of all of the negative sides that seem to come with it. You can have prolactin and estrogen issues which can lead to gyno, ED, etc.
When you are ready, just increase the test dose for your first few cycles.
Good luck!
