Hey brothers,
27 year old male here. ~170lbs Been working out on and off for years just to come back to the same old weights. I used prohormones 3 times like an idiot within the past two years and probably fucked myself up pretty good from it. Best cycle was a halodrol cycle, pct was basically non existent. Got up to 190lbs which was awesome then stopped working out due to the massive emotional swings I experienced..
Back now.
I don't plan on using any other prohormones in the near future (if I did pick something it would be AAS), but it would be a dumb move. My wrist is in pretty bad shape from the last time I was ON. I have 6" wrists at 6'1 190lbs curling 55lb in each arm...yeah.
I'm doing the nutrition thing, counting macros, making sure to stay away from junk, training hard, and hopefully I can gain some of what was lost during the cycles.
Does muscle memory apply to a person who stopped using aas/prohormones from when they had more size?
