new to this forum. I was lifting, CrossFit and a ton of HIT a few years back. I ended up getting in a motorcycle accident and took me out of the game for a minute. Been back at it for a couple of years now and looking to start building muscle.

I’m really loving the bodybuilding world and have been focusing on growing. I’m 6’5 230# currently. Built my strength up substantially compared to where it was, 225 bench, 345 deadlift and 275 squat currently. Focused hard on form and injury prevention in an effort to build muscle.
I just completed Jeff Nippards high frequency full body program with huge gains.

Currently on HRT, had low t and levels are at the higher end. Going to get blood work this week and boost my dose by 50mg every 2 weeks until I start to show side effects and back it down. I have some Anavar I’m going to use pre workout sublingual to see how it goes.

Diet is 5,000 calories a day 250g protein higher carbs and trying to grow. I eat very clean, Whole Foods no fast food. I rarely eat out, 3 times in 6 months. Mostly chicken rice fish fruits veggies. I feel amazing and cannot wait to see what the next year brings.

I’m here to learn and adapt others ideas to assist with my goals of getting to big boy status.
