i was just excepted Saturday i believe, i posted in the underground area first and found out fast that was the wrong place for my first post! I have never been a member of any forum before so pardon the improper etiquette.

first i am 30, 5'10, 210lbs 17% body fat. i have been lifting regularly for two years now and have dropped 30lbs of fat and put on a fair amount of muscle. my goal is to reach 190lbs and be at 7 to 8% body fat. i recently received a large raise at work that has aloud me to greatly improve my diet and that has really increased my endurance at the gym. i currently consume around 130 to 150g of protein everyday and drink a little over a gallon of water keeping my calorie intake at 2300 or under.

my main purpose for joining is to get valuable information into really getting cut and info regarding steroid usage. have never used them before but have been really contemplating running a test only cycle most likely test ethonate as from everything i have read it is easier to burn fat as well as putting on muscle. i spend 2 hours 5 days a week at the gym working different muscle groups every third day. i feel like my gains in muscle have tapered off in the last 6 months but i am still slowly losing the fat.

i am not sure about any other pertinent information that would be need for the intro to me but if any is needed please let me know, i am a firm believer in knowledge is power and every member hear has something that i could take away and make use of.

If you have only been training for two years now you can (and in my opinion should) be able to continue to make progress naturally without jumping on AAS so quickly. The better foundation you can build first the better. Focus on gaining knowledge in training and diet first-you will be much better off in the long run in my opinion. Remember-it's a marathon not a sprint. Training should be a life long commitment.

i understand what you are saying. in recent years i have only been lifting for two years. i have previously lifted all threw high school and my first two years of collage. i basically stopped lifting when i could no longer play football due to a compound fracture in my left ankle. i spent four years at 200lbs and was solid. trust me i am very apprehensive about steroid use. i have spent the last five years being a single parent working full time and being a lazy slob and i think it has played a huge roll in my natural testosterone production. i came to this conclusion because i have recently started dating again after years out of that game and my libido is shit. i simply just dont get horny and i have tried viagra and ciallis, all they do is give me a headache. i figured one 8 week run of test would help me come to the conclusion. if my natural production is low then 400mg a week should put me at normal. if my levels are normal for my age and i still took the 400mg then i would be in the range of an 18 year old, if it is correct that the natural male drops 1% in levels every year. i am in now way saying you are wrong and that i should wait to see my max natural results, i am only saying that when i used to build for football using only creatine and protein shakes i would have long been near what i used to be.

Welcome, the best method to go about gaining muscle and burning fat is to build a solid foundation of good dieting, proper sleep and of course exercise. Since you've just started these methods I wouldn't recommend jumping into Anabolic Androgenic Steroids. But! You're here because you're most likely going to pursue that course whether or not any Meso members steer you away. Make sure you read a lot of sticky's on here and keep your health #1. As far as a cycle goes any type of testosterone will build muscle and burn fat so it doesn't matter which type you choose although shorter esters won't make you retain as much water.

For your first cycle this would be the best route:
Testosterone Enanthate OR Cypionate
@ 500mg per week
That's 2x per week injections. Usually Monday and Thursday but it really doesn't matter what days you choose as long as the 2nd injection is 3 days later

if my natural production is low then 400mg a week should put me at normal.

Get some bloodwork and you'll know. 400 mg a week is not going to put you at normal though...that's not a standard TRT dose. Although I bet there are some TRT guys on here that wish that was the case.

thank you for that information. if not aas what can i take to improve my endurance at the gym? i take androgen preworkout, aes protein shake with 41g of protein. creatine and glucosamine for joint pain (knees and shoulder)

Get better quality protein powder. EAS is a garbage Walmart brand. Real food is better than any supplement so keep your shakes to a minimum. Whey isolates are good, throw in a cup of oatmeal, a banana, a tablespoon of peanut butter, water and some ice into a blender with 2 scoops of protein and you got yourself a legitimate meal replacement. Creatine is fine but not necessary and I'd start taking a good quality fish oil supplement, look at the nutritional info and make sure the DHA content is above 250mg. The only way to improve your endurance is to build your foundation and keep your dieting and sleep consistent. Recovery is just as important or even more important than training itself

thank you for the info, i have been looking into fish oil but there are so many i didnt know where to start. with the fish oil is there a specific brand that doesnt give you the fish burps i keep hearing about. i normally only drank the eas right before the gym but it taste like ass, i also drink meyoplex (most likely spelled wrong) 42g whey protien a day. i like they way they taste and notice a hug energy boost from that. i really need to incorporate the whole oats and peanut butter or almond butter. i really wish i liked the way fish taste for the more lean real protein. i mainly stay with chicken and not much red meat. i downloaded this myfitnesspal app on my phone and it keeps saying to stay away from fat or i would eat unsalted peanuts because i really like them. should i be eating eggs? i keep reading how so many people building eat eggs but the protien being only 6g seems like i could do better with alternatives?

Are you training to achieve more muscular endurance? Shortening rest periods between sets is very helpful along with some higher reps and tight contractions. I recommend you try building a good program around muscular endurance if you want to try to become more conditioned with it.

Eat your peanuts if you want to man! If you're watching your calories just keep an eye on how much you take in because they are dense. When I'm trying to really build mass I eat tons of peanuts, walnuts, almonds etc.

Eggs - I eat 5 or 6 whole eggs and maybe around 5 or so egg whites on training day mornings. They are an excellent source of protein.
