when I was 18 I got 2nd light teen mo. all natural but lost alot in muscle in diet then the next year still was natural but added primo ace pills the last month or so it helped me not lose muscle during all low Carb and low fat. actually I kept carbs up tell I decarbed and recarbed but. no fat means loss of muscle for my body. I honestly think you should stay natural but just use something during calorie depletion. I did become Mr.teen mo.1992. now I'm 42 been back in the game for 3 years. if I wouldn't of got out I would of been a pro. but if you want it like I did and do now. to be a pro. start cycling and do pct. like just test nothing extreme. that way about time you're 25 you will be a pro.
I'm telling you honest truth dieting for contest and the workouts twice a day is what separates the wannabes from the bees. I have faith do the next contest before you turn 20 you can do men's open and teen I got 2nd that year I won teen almost was in the last big pose off. most tall guys have hard time you're legs are good keep it up

Thanks bro I actually turned 20 last august I believe I'm going to just be in a growth phase for a few years maybe even 5 then really give it my all to do something with it. That's crazy do you have pics from when you were mr teen

Updates I'm getting a decent amount bigger lately. Been busy working 60 hour week z but been hitting gym hard as fuck and eating all the time. Need to get some kind of cream to help with the new stretch marks. Havnt weighed my self lately but I know I'm over the 250 mark.

Hey for your high volume you should try this on one of your arm days...

Whatever your normal workout would be, then:

7x12 sets for tris
7x12 sets for bis

^ do these FST style (30-45 sec rest , drink water and alternate flexing an stretching targeted muscle between set)

Drop sets of rope press down with no rest

Drop sets of cable curls no rest

^ pick a weight that you cn do 8-12 and then just go up the rack each notch doing as many as you can until you get to the very lightest setting and literally can't do anymore

THEN

Rest a bit. Do the same thing as above but alternate between tris and bis each set.

I did this yesterday and holy fuck bro I have never once experienced a pump quite like this before. That being said, the TNE , superdrol , proviron, cialis, and hemavol certainly helped with that too... Lol

Sounds intense! I axtually got arms tomorrow so I will be doing this. Thanks bro! Goal is 260-270 by March
