Been training for 15 years, 6,0 210 lbs, no idea what my bodyfat is at but I’m relatively lean. Always looking for improvement, progression is the name of the game. Joined this forum to gain knowledge & some new sources as I’ve recently been burned with some total bunk gear unfortunately. Anyways I was told I need to make an intro to prove I’m an actual person hence this post lol
