Hi I’m new here. Here’s a bit about me:
24 year old female who began lifting at 16 but got serious about it closer to 20. Right now we’re in lockdown where I’m at so I don’t have access to a gym meaning I’m a little fluffier and weaker than I would otherwise be but when I was going to the gym I was hanging out at 5’4” and 130lbs with a solid muscle base. I cant heavy squat because of my knees but I was at 225lbs for reps of 6-8 on dead lifts and sumo dead lifts, 315lbs for reps of 10-12 on hip thrusts and 600lbs for reps of 12-15 for leg press.
I’m not competing, simply lifting and bodybuilding as a hobby/obsession. My goal in terms of physique is looking like somewhere in between a bikini competitor and wellness competitor.
Currently my main experience has been with SARMs which I only started at 22. I stacked Ostarine 15mg and cardarine 15mg for 8 week cycles with 8 week breaks about a handful of times.
Most recently, I did an 8 week cycle of Anavar with 5mg in the morning and 5mg at night (so 10mg total daily for 8 weeks). During the first 2 weeks I was taking ephedrine for appetite suppression and weight loss support so because I had Helios (albuterol, caffeine and yohimbe) in my hands but I didn’t want to take that without being kick started on getting leaner. I took 2 weeks off the ephedrine then did 3 weeks of the Helios. During my 8 week Anavar cycle I was also running the 8 weeks of Ostarine 15mg and cardarine 15mg.
Overall I saw pretty solid gains from that cycle and definitely got leaner. Felt stronger almost immediately from the Anavar and the Helios did wonders for appetite suppression. Minute negative side effects from the cycle overall. Acne was definitely notable and got worse coming off before it got better. Was mostly bummed to see my strength decrease a bit once I did come off the Var. But that’s me and my experience with anabolic so far. Comments, tips or other relatively female-safe anabolics recommendations would be greatly appreciated a! I have no issues with injectables by the way, and have an order of primo coming in that I’m looking to run next. I’m also exploring turinabol.

Welcome to meso.

What happened to your knees? It's a super lame excuse to get out of squatting.... ;)
I was thinking that haha.

If you can leg press 600lbs then there's few reasons why you can't put a bar on your back and squat. I find leg presses harder on my knees as I can't bring in any other leverages to help lift

I have physical limitations to squat as well, and leg press is totally preferable for me

I still try and squat heavy here and there just so that I know I can, but it is smartest for me to incorporate heavy squats into my regular leg days. I want to build a belt squat so that I can take my back out of it, because for me my issue is in my back and all that weight compressing the spine. Making a belt squat would take all the weight off the back.

you kinda reminded me to do it.. think I might make one on my long weekend lol

I was lucky enough to never get a tear in my ACL or anything but just lots of repetitive strain from years of competitive soccer when I was younger. I won’t lie though, I’m not upset about the fact that avoiding squatting is good for me

Hahah yo do it!

Welcome to Meso. I have a messed up knee as well. I still squat, I just can't go very heavy or I'm regretting it for the next week or two. As far as drugs for women, Bill Roberts has a write up on home page claiming that anadrol is the safest compound for women. There's is an old thread about it somewhere as well posted by @CensoredBoardsSuck . Anyhow, welcome, it's good to see more women active on the board. I'll tag a couple of the others.

I have a friend that was in the Marines and stepped on an IED, lost both his legs. Sounds morbid, I know... But he's honestly never missed a step (forgive the pun). He's turned into a hell of a triathlete the last two years.

Anyways, we were lifting one day and he looked at me and said, "losing my legs was tough, man... But, I seriously have the best excuse ever to not have to do squats".

On a serious note, there's a lot of good resources popping up for knee focused training programs and rehab... There is another girl that just joined that made a thread about knee issues and it ended up with some good content. In case you want to get knee strong at some point.

I learn something new about knee issues in the weekly here at Meso.
This week, @Btcowboy taught me how to make a super ghetto fantastic belt squat.

Where there is a will, there is a fucking way.

My take on this is, as long as your legs LOOK good who cares if you squat or not... (I squat, oh by the way, but who cares too...), hahah!

Best regards!

Maybe this helps u a little.
I was on a anavar cycle as well for 12 weeks 10mg a day. I also experienced TERRIBLE acne afterwards. It took me a while to get clear skin again thanks to saw palmetto.
saw palmetto helps you regulate your hormones and it’s also a DHT blocker .
Now I also saw that u were looking Into a primo cycle, I recently started mines with pharmaceutical primo. I’m on my 4th week and so far so good . No sides yet, maybe on the 6th week? The only thing I am noticing it’s my recovery time. I am extremely sore right after my workouts and it will last about 3-4 days not sure why if my diet is on point

I will definitely pick up some saw palmetto to combat the acne with anavar. Thanks so much for that tip.
I’m really surprised to hear your recovery time is so slow. My assumption would be that you would quicken your recovery time on primo considering it’s an AAS

Thats what I thought as well. I was never sore on anavar! So not sure what’s going on? I might have to dose up a little. I am only on 25mg every 7 days which is literally nothing and it’s been great! No side effects at all and awesome results! But this soreness is just way 2 much. I will up dose it next week just a little bit maybe go up to 35mg just because my body Is reacting great to 25mg but I still want to see if maybe a tad more will help the soreness.

Because of the half life of primo I would actually suggest dosing twice weekly. That may be your problem. The levels aren’t consistent in your system.

if you’re not having any sides and want to increase to 30mg weekly, try pinning it in 2 doses of 15mg per week, maybe Monday and Thursday or Friday or something
