What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

How do inmates get jacked natty ? It’s not all genetic mine are shit, but id be in the 90+ out of 100 for sure due to hard work.
This is my cheat night a reminded I get 2x per week but I chose this due to sentimental value. Lots of carbs 2 packs ramen noodle a little bit is crushed hot Cheetos for flavor and jerky or summer sausage or tuna mixed. Plus boiled eggs and milk. I’ll show a prison dessert on another cheat day. Daily I would do 31 up and 31 down, I think that’s 1,000 push ups. I’d kick a navy seals ass. Plus I would and could do 20 pull ups or dips straight easy Or squats with another man’s junk on the back of my neck. Or push ups sets of 10 with another man on my back butt to butt.IMG_4893.webp

More beef lasagna. Ate all of the small pan yesterday. Used spicy tomato sauce; tastes delicious but damn those spicy acid burps are brutal lol

She loved it! And she’s pregnant so we eat what she wants lol. I’m not mad though…rarely do I get burned out on food unless I have it for months daily but then I swap it out for something else and by the time I’m burned out on that, old taste buds are back!

Funny - I just bought these, too. I've finally read too much about "microplastics" and the like to ignore
Exact same boat here but haven’t bought them yet. Feels like between the microplastics in every thing and the glyphosate getting sprayed on absolutely everything it’s dangerous just existing these days lol. Actually kinda scary and disturbing.

I’ve started homesteading but it’s going to be another year or year and half before my homestead is producing enough variety for me to eat healthy and completely avoid grocery stores. Still I wonder how much glyphosate runs down the hill from the farm across the road onto my low lying property and leaches into my soil. Scary times. Especially if you have children.

that’s awesome ur doing that. For your trees or grass ur animals eat not much you can do. For your veggies and what not u can build raised planter beds and fill them with what ever type of good soil u want, even though it kinda pain but easier to work with them. But yea it only leaches into the soil the craps in our ground water.

Holiday Cinnamon Beef & Zucchini stew.

Brown onion, ginger, and garlic. Add salt and a little water and oil. Braise the beef in that. Remove beef, filter liquid, cut beef into chunks, put back, add tomatoes (mash em), black pepper, coriander, nutmeg, hint of brown sugar, cinnamon, paprika, and lemon. Add the sliced zucchinis. Cook till tender. Rice with turmeric for color.

Then listen to the kids complain and eat a day old pizza... lol. At least wife was happy.
