What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

@laclark89 something must be in the air. Wife made shepherds pie yesterday. Absolutely delicious and dense. Yours looks way more appealing compared to my half eaten one

They say it’s all about presentation?
I don’t believe that. It’s about the taste, it all gets mixed up and re heated in the stomach.

It looks good and like u added some extra shredded Parmesan cheese on top?

I like the white glass baking dish, for all my stuff like that casseroles ect. I can microwave them put them in the over anything. Very convenient.

Damn that looks good. I’ve always wanted to try making that. I’m gana have to give it a shot 1 day. Told u I love those glass dishes lol. What u cook the ground beef and noodles separate? Then layer it with the cheese and sauces.
I didn't make this, but yeah my wife cooked the beef and sauce separate in a pan and then layered it in with gluten free lasagna noodle things with ricotta cheese and some other cheese.

The recipe calls for cooking noodles first but the noodle box says unnecessary; optimally I think a light cooking of the noodle prior would make it perfect.

I can link the recipe once she wakes up

No sausage, not homemade sauce, and about 4lbs of beef total, no sugar, extra egg, extra ricotta

What sauce did you use on this? Looks so good

Thank you, :D The sauce is really delicious on chicken. And eggs, broccoli, cauliflower, probably lots more.

I make the sauce with a mixture of gluten-free soy sauce (SAN-J low sodium Tamari), Melinda's Habanero Ketchup (amazing ingredient list & a little goes a long way), and gluten-free "100% Natural Hunts Tomato Ketchup".

Relatively equal amounts. Well, regular ketchup as the main base, gf soy sauce enough to thin things out but not too much, and the habanero ketchup a bit less. A little goes a long way with the heat level.

Mix together and coat the chicken before setting in the oven to bake. Or if working with frozen meat, it works just as well to remove it a way in to baking once the surface is moist enough to... hold the sauce.
