Newbie first cycle

Can you give me an example of what more I can eat? I honestly can not fit anymore food into my stomach ahaha.

Unless you mean eat more dirty, but this way I will gain unessesary fat. I don't want to gain fat weight.

Suggest something I can change in my diet. I tried the pasta diet for 3 months and still I can not gain. I did a potatoes and pasta diet with salmon and chicken breast and that didn't work.

I've been a very skinny kid all through middle school and high school. I graduated high school at 110 lbs at age 18. So sad. Now I'm 33 at 146 lbs and it's just staying right there.
 
I don't know how much more I can't eat.

I eat minimum 3000 calories sometimes to about 3800 calories

I eat every 2 to 3hrs. I'm not even hungry but I force myself to eat.

I still can't gain. However losing weight is so fucking easy. I skip a few meals or skip gym for 2 weeks or stay up late at night and I drop 5 or even 10 lbs.

If I do not eat enough, can you suggest a diet plan?

You don't eat enough man. plain and simple. I eat 3000 calories a day and that's just 3 meals of real food. You NEED nutrient AND calorie dense foods. Don't misunderstand, I'm not telling you not to cycle. Just don't cycle yet. You need to maximize your natural gains to really reap the benefits of steroids first.

I eat 6 meals a day. Every 2-3 hrs. So what more can I do? Make all my meals 1000 calories each? Eat 70% clean 30% dirty? Eat 50% clean 50% dirty? 100% clean but just increase it? Instead of 5 ounce steak make it 10 ounce? I need more to go with. I eat so much I shit 3 times a day lol

Stop thinking in terms of clean and dirty. You should already be putting only quality foods in your body. caloric and nutrient dense foods would be like eggs. I eat 8 xxl eggs every morning with 3 pieces of toast. That's around 1000 calories and I'm still hungry within two hours. Trust me, if I can put on mass you can too. the trick is slowly increasing calorie intake over time until you reach the caloric intake of someone at your desired weight. Think increases of 200-300 per day/week so you don't throw your hormones into metabolic damage. look into how powerlifters eat. the lean ones. don't fall into the dirty bulk camp.
 
Go to the doc and ask for a blood exam... Just tel him that you eat a lot and can not put weight on .... He will no what to do

I cook 36 eggs scrambled and I put that in the fridge. I scoop 1 cup of scrambled eggs in the morning with 2 cups of oatmeal and 1/4 cup berries.

257 grams of red potatoes and 147 grams of turkey 2.5 hr later. Followed by 3 cups of spinach and 1/4 almonds. 3 hrs later 3oz tilapia with 2 cups of white rice and 170 grams of asparagus, 2.5 hrs later 2 double double at In n Out, 2 hrs later 2 table spoons of peanut butter extra crunchy with two eggos. This is one of my weekly diet. I change it weekly. This isn't enough for me? I'm Hella full all day.

I'm a hard gainer too. Trained for 17 years as a natty hard gainer. You have to do what others don't or wont have to. Wake up half way through the night and chug a shake, at the movies, chug a shake or 2. Clean carbs like white rice and pasta are calorie dense and go right through you, eat as much of it as you can.

You're only 5'6 so you're not getting to 200lbs like 1 poster said but you can easily put 10lbs more on. In all honesty, my diet isn't dialed in and im on a big cycle. Love every minute of it, getting good gains (impossible if I was natty).

This is why I chose to cycle primo with test and hgh. Primo will give you solid gains! HGH will help with all the recovery. Importantly tendons and ligament recovery.
 
Buddy, you're right. primo is mild. But I mean, you body would hard to stand or steroid could not be fully absorbed in your first cycle in the case of your body has not adapted to steroids.

I understand that everyone says eat more!

But if I eat more food my protein will go over 150g. Eating over protein will stress out your kidneys. So how do I eat more and not raise protein?
 
I've been 225lbs at 5'7" with 15% bf. If I can eat 5000+ calories a day you can too. lots of tricks powerlifters do; one is drinking lots of calories. MCT oil+ground oats+whey iso was my go to mass gainer shake.
 
You dont need aas yet. Hit 200lbs lean and hit your genetic potential. If I can hit 5foot7 205lbs lean with low t, you can too. If you have legit low t jump on trt and maximize gains from that jumping point. At this point aas aren't worth it in my opinion.

Now if you're dead set do 500mg test e, adex based on bloods to keep your e2 btw 20-30 ng and hcg 500iu/week to keep testicles active.

Pct after. You need to research this more.

dont know if serious. even at 5'10, 200lb lean is almost impossible for natty.

Dude if you think like that you will be juicing for the rest of your life to maintain size. You will need to eat to keep size. Once you quit juice and the new water muscles go away you will be back to square one coz you never gained any muscle due to lack of food.

Drink water to flush kidneys.

What is worse for the body? Lean protein or steroids?

Protein haha just because I have eaten a high calorie diet and was eating 250g protein a day. Went to do my bloods and my doctor told me my diet is causing my kidneys to stress.

My kidneys were fine when I was on gear and went back to normal after cycle ended. Bloods don't lie.
