On those night I take one to two benadryl 1hr before bed time and I'm out until the alarm goes off within 15 minutes of my head hitting the pillowI got it all down. I believe the problem is sleeping. I go to bed at 10 pm and wake up at 6am. However most of the time I get to bed I can not sleep! I'll just lay there with my eyes closed but am still awake for 2hrs! This is why I'm starting HGH also. HGH will help me sleep better and quicker recovery.

Why only test? Why not with primo?
I chose to stack with primo because of the slow lean muscle gains you receive while on it. The gains you keep while on primo are real muscle gains. Also I chose primo because primo and test goes very will together. Primo magnifies Test! So 500mg a week of test would feel like 750mg if stacked with primo. They benefit each other.
Finished my cycle. Went very well.A-- see how you respond to test alone 1st--side effects and gains. You may not need or be able to handle anything else
B-- I've taken lots of just about everything and I can't fuck with primo. It knots me the fuck up

I extended it out to 12 weeks
Did HCG on cycle
Did both Nova and clomid for PCT
Gained 15lbs but kept 10lbs lean muscle. Body fat stayed relativity the same since I didn't do much cardio this cycle. Twice a week 20min.
I barely lost any strength even after PCT cycle ended.
So yes I am going to do few more cycles of primo. Everything went well. Besides a few pimples on my face.
Only thing I'm changing next cycle is I'm going to do 800mg primo.

4000 0r 5000 cals there are times I eat 6000 cals a day to help you get more cals make shakesI don't know how much more I can't eat.
I eat minimum 3000 calories sometimes to about 3800 calories
I eat every 2 to 3hrs. I'm not even hungry but I force myself to eat.
I still can't gain. However losing weight is so fucking easy. I skip a few meals or skip gym for 2 weeks or stay up late at night and I drop 5 or even 10 lbs.
If I do not eat enough, can you suggest a diet plan?
What should I be eating?
I believe my boy @TorroXL hit something like 210 natty at 5ft 8I'm a hard gainer too. Trained for 17 years as a natty hard gainer. You have to do what others don't or wont have to. Wake up half way through the night and chug a shake, at the movies, chug a shake or 2. Clean carbs like white rice and pasta are calorie dense and go right through you, eat as much of it as you can.
You're only 5'6 so you're not getting to 200lbs like 1 poster said but you can easily put 10lbs more on. In all honesty, my diet isn't dialed in and im on a big cycle. Love every minute of it, getting good gains (impossible if I was natty).

2 cups milk
5 tablespoons Grapeseed oil
2 raw eggs
1 scoop protein
1/4 cup raw Pasteurized egg whites out of the carton it will give you around 1200 cals
To be honest man I don't worry about that I bulk as hard as I can and I cut later then repeat imo your over thinking it at 155 lb you need to add all the mass you can eat then eat again you couldn't possibly have that much fat at that body weight I am also a hard gainer I'm 5 ft 9 204lb right now just came back from a break from the gym and gear while I was trying to get my wife pregnant so I'm not in the best shape Iv been in but it's coming back you just need to up ur cals when I bulk I eat as much as I can I'm not a big eater so I add 2 shakes a day I'm cutting right now and I'm still eating around 3000 calsHow do you eat that much and not raise protein, carbs, and fat?
I don't want to go over 180 protein.
My carbs are at 300. Fat at 115.
