How old are you?I've been using 10 IU preworkout since forever. Not sure I notice a difference anymore, but seems like a good add-on if it fits your protocol/lifestyle/goals.
Every day; it works everywhere/systemically. But I guess if you wanted to limit overall exposure to exogenous insulin you could use it on days when you're training lagging body parts. Seems kinda minutiae tho
Sounds very enticing, will think it through, i am relatively surprised my health and numbers are ok.
