Hello,
new guy here 26 and have been lifting on and off for about 3 years now. I'm 5'8" around 190 LB at about 23 % bf. Before 3 years ago i used to lift and do crossfit or hiit type of training regularly. Then i tore my right hamstring twice and left once. that slowed me down but i have been hitting it hard for the past year, just not a whole lot of running. I have used AAS before my first cycle was just anavar, then i did test-e, whinny, and tren. I am very happy with my size but i would like to cut my bf down some more. My bf goal is around 15%. I am very strict with my diet and train as often as i can (at least 4 times a week). I'm thinking of doing a var/clen cycle to help me achieve this goal. But i hear it is very hard to get var now a days.
 
Welcome to Meso. Yes, Anavar is a lot of times faked. Just do a lot of research on a legitimate source. Read a lot, there is great info here. Good luck.
 
190lbs 23%bf is pretty high. Really need to take a second look at your nutrition. You say you have a strict diet but according to what? Need to listen to your body and make adjustments accordingly.
 
Welcome to MESO-Rx! AAS obviously have a role in bodybuilding. But that doesn't mean that AAS are always the most appropriate or necessary solution to one's particular goals. Don't ever underestimate the effectiveness of an optimized nutrition and training program.
