Hey guys I'm new on here (obviously) from Canada.
Been working out seriously for about 8 years, with the exception of the last 4 months. I hurt my shoulder at work so I've basically been keeping it light while I recover.
6' 216 pounds
Not sure bodyfat percentage but cutting down for the summer.
I tried a cycle of what I was told was a50 about 4 years ago and made some tremendous gain some in the gym. Thinking about trying another cycle, possibly a test e/tren a/dbol once I'm back to 100%.
Still have a lot to learn though and it seems like there is a wealth of knowledge here.
